This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). Capacity: 9 adults and 3 children (extra bed on the ground floor and 2 baby beds on request).

In the heart of the countryside, 2 hours 15 minutes from Paris, this charming cottage is located in one of the buildings of the La Garencière estate. Our property is a former farmhouse and its outbuildings have been converted into 5 independent cottages, in a natural, quiet setting and surrounded by the forest with a lovely view of Champfleur. You will stay in a house independent of ours, enjoy a private outdoor dining area and can enjoy our entire garden, play areas...

Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

10 minutes from Le Mans, relax with family, friends or as a couple in this unique and peaceful place. Located at the European Horse Center and surrounded by a pretty stream, this cottage is a great place to rest. Horse riding friends, you will be two minutes from your horse's stall during competitions. The legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit is a 15-minute drive. I am delighted to welcome you for a stay in this place as peaceful as it is magical.

On a wooded lot of more than half an hectare, this cottage will allow you a total disconnection... Located 20 minutes from the mythical 24h circuit of Le Mans and the Zoo de la Flèche, you can also discover the major cities nearby, Le Mans 30mn, Angers, Tours and Laval 1h. Breakfast possible depending on availability at €7/people.

Très confortable et meublée avec soin, elle est dotée d'une superbe vue sur les collines du Perche et bien placée pour découvrir cette belle région (jolis villages, manoirs, sentiers de randonnée, petits producteurs…) Nous vous proposons un check in autonome ainsi qu'un late check-out lorsque c’est possible pour pouvoir profiter pleinement de votre séjour.

Wooden cottage with 1 bedroom and a living room with sofa bed. Unfailing romance thanks to the candles that can be set up on the large 20 m2 raised terrace, semi-covered, overlooking an English garden. A second terrace to enjoy the sunset. The cottage is located by a stream, facing a mill. The atmosphere is ensured with the purr of the mill wheel. The Cottage is a green setting close to castles, water and hiking trails.

Possibility of breakfast and/or meals on request.
