Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

Perfectly located in the heart of the city. Secure paid parking, paid and free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. It offers easy access to all sites and amenities. Palais des Congrès, cinema, bar atmosphere, restaurants, old Mans, cathedral, heart of the city, the tram is within an 8-minute walk. The train station is within a 15-minute walk. The 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit is about 15 minutes by car or 20 minutes by tram with direct access.

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Baby equipment available upon request (bed, chair, bathtub...). Most parking spaces on the surrounding streets are free.
