Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

In a bourgeois house built in 1884, on the 1st floor without elevator, carefully refurbished apartment, sufficiently equipped so that your only luggage of clothes is enough for you. "Magical" surprises are hidden everywhere 😉 In the common laundry room: washing machine, ironing board, steam unit, drying rack. Baby equipment available upon request (bed, chair, bathtub...). We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Proximité du centre ville, Cathédrale Saint-Julien, Marché des Jacobins, Cinéma Pathé, Le musée de la Reine Bérengère, les restaurants gastronomiques et toute la Cité à découvrir. À 5 mins à pied du tramway, 2 mins de la station de bus. Une navette gratuite dessert la place de la Mairie.

Discover our charming apartment located in the middle of town near the train station. Completely renovated, it has a large bedroom with a large bed, a comfortable living room, an equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with bathtub. The apartment is bright and quiet. Tour Saint-Michel, charming cottage

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.
