Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

In a bourgeois house built in 1884, on the 1st floor without elevator, carefully refurbished apartment, sufficiently equipped so that your only luggage of clothes is enough for you. Enclosed land, ideal for your pets! You will be brought to meet our dogs who are free. Vehicles can be parked on the property and at the back of the house. Linens and towels will be provided. Gas barbecue loan possible.
