A small house in the heart of the Park

Our house is located in the countryside, in a quiet area, near Nocé and 1 hour and 45 minutes from Paris. Come and recharge your batteries! We are 1 hour and 45 minutes from the Normandy beaches and 1 hour and 30 minutes from the châteaux of the Loire. This is our second home (not a house rented year-round). It therefore contains some of our memories, but we are happy to share it! You will meet two little female cats that we adopted in August 2021. They are very gentle with children and independent thanks to the cat flap. If you are allergic to cats, please refrain 😉

Recently renovated, come and spend an atypical stay in our family water mill in the heart of the Sarthe countryside. Ideal for a weekend or family vacation. Enjoy an immersion in nature thanks to the large bay windows of the living rooms and the river flowing under the house and surrounding the garden. With its 5 bedrooms, spacious and friendly living areas, a large wooded garden, a wellness area (jacuzzi and sauna), everything is combined for a relaxing stay.

Charming and pleasant house from 1938 completely renovated in the hospital district. Located 2 minutes walk from the tram line T1 towards the city center (7 minutes) and the 24H circuit (35 minutes). The house has 4 bedrooms, living room, dining room, two bathrooms as well as a pleasant and large garden with a terrace. Jacuzzi available from April to September, depending on the weather. Free street parking and possibility to park a car in the courtyard.

Large apartment located both in a quiet area and in the city center. On the ground floor, it consists of a fitted and equipped kitchen, a dining room with a games area (high-end foosball) and pellet stove, a cinema room, a bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, a large dormitory room composed of two 140 x 190 beds, an armchair (convertible into a single bed) and a baby bed. A piano accompanies this room. A shared common courtyard is available (dining area)

A private parking space in the residence is at your disposal. This studio is composed of a spacious living room with a nice open equipped kitchen, with coffee, tea and condiments available. It also has a bathroom with bathtub.
