Zoo de la Flèche à 20 min, 25 min du circuit des 24H, 25 min des parcours de golf des 24H et de Baugé, château du Lude, Le Loir à vélo, le lac de Mansigné. Que vous veniez avec votre tribu, ou entre amis, vous vous sentirez comme chez vous !

Décorée avec soin et parfaitement équipée, la Ferme de la Boétie est louée en intégralité. Cette maison de campagne dispose de grands espaces communs (salon, salle à manger, espace TV), de 4 chambres et 3 Sdb. A l'extérieur, profitez du jardin et de la prairie. Au cœur du Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, vous pourrez rayonner selon vos envies (gustatives, brocantes, randonnées, sport, spa…). Capacité d’accueil : 9 adultes, 1 enfant et 3 bébés (lit d'appoint et 3 lits bébés sur demande).

The Haute Couture Workshop

The Atelier Haute Couture is one of five apartments in the Ateliers du 7, located in the city center (prefecture). The T1-type apartment is located on the ground floor of an inner courtyard. Renovated with an industrial look, refined decoration including a kitchen area with an oven, fridge with freezer section, induction stove, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, 1 bed 160/190, armchairs, flat-screen TV, bathroom with shower 140/80, dressing room and desk. Peaceful accommodation - Center - Near station & circuit

Agréable studio situé en plein centre du Mans, proche gare et circuit (10mn en transport en commun ou voiture), au pied du tramway. Composé d'une pièce de vie/chambre, une cuisine et une salle de bain. Places de parking disponibles à 2mn en transport, 5mn à pieds. Proche de toutes commodités. Nous aimons remettre les clés à nos voyageurs en mains propres. Néanmoins, après 20h, ces dernières peuvent être récupérées dans la boîte à clés. Linge de lit fourni. Serviette 5€ en supplément.

In the city center, but sheltered from noise pollution, this charming apartment combines cachet and modernity. Free parking in all the surrounding streets, paid parking (€ 1 for the 7pm to 7am time slot) a few meters away, tram stop 3 min walk. You will find: entrance leading to a huge double bedroom with office area, attic converted into a children's bedroom, bathroom with bathtub, living room with sleeping area, large dining kitchen with cathedral ceiling.

Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Welcome to Nuits de la Forêt. Enjoy the tranquility and change of scenery of a stay in a luxury cottage bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
