Au cœur du Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, vous pourrez rayonner selon vos envies (gustatives, brocantes, randonnées, sport, spa…). Capacité d’accueil : 9 adultes, 1 enfant et 3 bébés (lit d'appoint et 3 lits bébés sur demande).

Agréable studio situé en plein centre du Mans, proche gare et circuit (10mn en transport en commun ou voiture), au pied du tramway. Composé d'une pièce de vie/chambre, une cuisine et une salle de bain. Places de parking disponibles à 2mn en transport, 5mn à pieds. Proche de toutes commodités. Nous aimons remettre les clés à nos voyageurs en mains propres. Néanmoins, après 20h, ces dernières peuvent être récupérées dans la boîte à clés. Linge de lit fourni. Serviette 5€ en supplément.

In a bourgeois house built in 1884, on the 2nd floor without elevator access, apartment refurbished with care, sufficiently equipped so that only your clothing bags are enough. Quality bedding, spacious bathroom, separate toilet. In the common laundry room: washing machine, ironing board, steam iron, clothes rack. Baby equipment available upon request (bed, chair, bathtub...). Parking space possible on request at the time of booking (based on availability)

We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!
