Renovated with an industrial look, refined decoration including a kitchen area with an oven, fridge with freezer section, induction stove, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, 1 bed 160/190, armchairs, flat-screen TV, bathroom with shower 140/80, dressing room and desk. Peaceful accommodation - Center - Near station & circuit

Agréable studio situé en plein centre du Mans, proche gare et circuit (10mn en transport en commun ou voiture), au pied du tramway. Composé d'une pièce de vie/chambre, une cuisine et une salle de bain. Places de parking disponibles à 2mn en transport, 5mn à pieds. Proche de toutes commodités. Nous aimons remettre les clés à nos voyageurs en mains propres. Néanmoins, après 20h, ces dernières peuvent être récupérées dans la boîte à clés. Linge de lit fourni. Serviette 5€ en supplément.
