Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Accommodation capacity: 9 adults, 1 child, and 3 babies (extra bed and 3 baby cots available upon request).

L'Appart'Mans atypical, luxurious and well located

In the city center, but sheltered from noise pollution, this charming apartment combines cachet and modernity. Free parking in all the surrounding streets, paid parking (€ 1 for the 7pm to 7am time slot) a few meters away, tram stop 3 min walk. You will find: entrance leading to a huge double bedroom with office area, attic converted into a children's bedroom, bathroom with bathtub, living room with sleeping area, large dining kitchen with cathedral ceiling.

Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

We are happy to welcome you to the countryside in an old farmhouse converted into a gîte. A friendly place, quiet, with the charm of natural materials. Great for gatherings with family or friends. You have terraces, garden and paths for walks. The proximity to the city of Le Mans allows very quick access to many activities. 24-hour direct circuit access in 10 minutes Proximity to the European Horse Center 12' Épau Abbey and Plantagenêt City 15'.

Peaceful accommodation - Center - Near station & circuit

Pleasant studio located in the center of Le Mans, close to the train station and circuit (10 minutes by public transport or car), at the foot of the tram. Composed of a living room/bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Parking spaces available 2mn by transport, 5mn walk. Close to all amenities. We like to hand over the keys to our guests in person. However, after 8 p.m., they can be picked up from the lockbox. Bed linen provided. Extra towel €5.

Discover our charming apartment located in the middle of town near the train station. Completely renovated, it has a large bedroom with a large bed, a comfortable living room, an equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with bathtub. The apartment is bright and quiet. Guests can enjoy Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV. Ideally located close to many restaurants, grocery stores and historical monuments, it's a perfect choice for exploring the city.

Welcome to Nuits de la Forêt. Enjoy the tranquility and change of scenery of a stay in a luxury cottage bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
