This cozy 16m² room features an individual en-suite bathroom, a sitting area/desk, and a private 18m² terrace, offering the charm of an attic-style room. The large wooden terrace, located on the upper floor, provides a privileged view of the lush countryside. You have a bedroom upstairs, 160 x 200 bed with reserved access to the bathroom. Veranda or kitchen to have your coffee, tea, etc. Private garden and parking, garage for motorcycle. The lavoir du prieuré

In the heart of the Sarthois perch at Sceaux sur Huisne, a town of water in Roman times, behind the church with its distinctive bell tower, is the wash-house of the "Priory Farm". This small building and its basin powered by a spring, are part of a very preserved and green space. A hundred meters below is the remains of the Gallo-Roman baths. The room has been installed in an old washhouse dating from the 15th century, so it is a night "feet in the water" that we offer.

Nice house in the quiet countryside, with a large flower garden, 3 km from the village of Parcé. Breakfast is included. It will be sweet and/or savory, served under the pergola if the weather is nice, otherwise in the dining room. Breakfast hours are completely flexible, I live on site. We rent a totally independent space, consisting of 2 bedrooms, a sitting area, in our house in the countryside. Close to Le Mans, the place is ideal for a family with children, a couple of friends, business trips or a stopover on the way to vacation: 10 min from A11 exit, 20 min from 24-hour circuit, 45 min from Laval, 4.5 hours from Calais. Secure parking on the property. You can also enjoy the outdoors - garden terrace - weather permitting.

Hélène offers in her fully renovated 18th century house with views of the garden countryside surrounded by nature close to the forest, a bright south facing room with a shower room with private wc a second bedroom is possible same conditions, see listing room panoramic view... This room is not suitable for children young or old. I am sorry that I can no longer welcome our four-legged companions, the disrespect of some penalizes everyone .
