Relax in this charming and spacious house with south facing sun terrace. This traditional stone built villa sits in the centre of the village opposite a 17th century church, with free parking and EV (Sorégies) charging point. The local bar/shop is a two minute walk. Villa Lierre is 5 mins from a large supermarket at L’Isle Jourdain. The Circuit du Val de Vienne is 15 minutes away by car. There are historic towns to explore nearby, and the river Vienne is a short walk through the village.

Très beau village à découvrir et ses activités nature et nautique à 5 min ( tyrolienne, saut à l'élastique, bouée tractée..). 2 min à pied de toutes les commodités (restaurants, boulangerie, supermarché...). Le circuit du val de vienne est à 7kms.

This gîte has been a family memory since 1966, the story of entrepreneurs in the transport sector, whose premises have been transformed to accommodate new activities. It was renovated in 2022, using the codes of the automobile in decoration, my father's passion in connection with his activities with the Circuit du Val de Vienne. It can accommodate a family, a group or a company team. Its strengths: accessible on one level, comfortable and easy to live in.
