Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Leadville North

Stayed here for a few nights as a family of 4 with two children under 10. Worked out great for us, with the full kitchen and additional bedroom. Short drive to Copper Mt so we didn’t have to deal with I70 traffic. Found the history of the house and buildings in the back very interesting. Would stay here again.

Our family loved our stay! Beautiful home with beautiful views. The house was bigger than what we expected. Shana and Jason were extremely friendly! We only ran into them briefly during our stay, and completely forgot we were there. Everything is labeled on how to care for the home and it was extremely helpful. The place was clean, relaxing and beautiful.

Loved everything about this place! Beds were comfortable. The loved that there was a TV in everyroom. Everything was neat and labeled properly. We were able to cook breakfast, grill, and had amazing Buena Vista coffee each morning. Even saw a momma and baby deer on our first evening. Mason responded pretty immediately to any DM. Buena Vista is a cute town with friendly people. And the views!!! It's exactly as pictured, but better. We'll definitely be back!

John’s home was incredible for our stay in Leadville. The mountains were amazing to see the moment we stepped out of the house.

Loved this house! The view was great, it is spacious and comfy. No cramped kitchen here - convenient for cooking. Well stocked too.

Loved this house and highly recommend! Stayed for a ski trip with our family of five (3 teenage sons). Great location in newly developed Railyard just a couple of blocks from Highway 24. Minutes from downtown and within eyesight of Safeway. Less than 15-minute drive to Ski Cooper. The layout of the house is great for a family. Entry level has a living room with TV and seating for all 5 of us, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and bedroom with bunk bed. Upper level had a bathroom and bedroom with desk workstation. Lower level had a bathroom, bedroom and second living room with couches, TV and desk with workstation. The kitchen was one of the best I’ve ever had in a rental. I’m a cook and the gas stove was great. Pots and pans were great and there was plenty of dishes/cutlery. We had a minor issue when we checked in and the owner Tim responded immediately and not only fixed the problem but treated us to dinner, way above and beyond. The house was great, and Tim was great. Cute little house 1 1/2 blocks from Main Street. Perfect for a quick weekend getaway. Fully stocked kitchen. Loved the fold out table in the living room to play board games. Overall a nice place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Leadville! This place was perfect for our family... cozy, comfortable, and so close to the main street fill with restaurants and shops.

We had a great stay at this rental! Sarah was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially in making sure we had a secure place to store our bikes. The directions and property description were clear and accurate, and the unit itself was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed for a weekend stay. The ADU is located on the opposite side of the main house, which gave us privacy and didn’t disrupt the full-time residents—nor did we hear a thing from them. The location is perfect for biking or walking into downtown BV. For the size, amenities, and price, this place is a fantastic value. We’d absolutely stay here again on our next visit!

I had a nice stay here. No complaints. Easy check-in, good communication and instructions, and the host provided me with everything I needed for my stay. Nice area too. I would definitely recommend!

Sweet little condo right on the river. No one was in the surrounding condos so it was very quiet. Mikel and Steph were very responsive. Great visit!

This was the second time the my teenage daughter, dad, and I stayed at Kris and Karen’s place for a multi-day ski trip. It works perfectly for our needs.

Great location! Exactly what we were looking for on our first trip to Breckenridge.

It was a beautiful place right on the water. Being able to have the windows open and listen to the river was very peaceful. The inside was also very clean. The bed and pillow were super comfy and we loved the soft blankets.

My wife & I were attending a wedding and we were not in the apartment very long each day. It is really like a ships cabin. It was also like a Swiss Army knife there were some many things you needed very close at hand, well planned out. The decor was super. We cooked breakfast every morning and everything you needed to cook was available. It did not have stovetop, we used precooked bacon & cooked eggs in microwave. Coffee pot was great. The bed was berth like so if you have mobility problems you may want to rent a bigger space. The bathroom was very laid out. We loved our stay. Dan & Jana Reid

This was just what we were looking for. Super pet friendly, walkable to town and activities, beautiful views, quiet and peaceful. They had a ton of small touches that made the stay easy and comfortable ( bath supplies, coffee, and even popcorn!) we definitely plan on staying again!!

Very professionally managed by Jill. Extremely convenient for walking to downtown Breckenridge. Outstanding communication throughout the process and overall a very easy and enjoyable stay. Everything was thought of, including arrival snacks and all the amenities you’ll need.

The condo had everything I needed and was very close to the village.

We will definitly be back to Tonys! Unbeatable for the price. Fantastic location. Walkable to snowflake lift and downhill walk to downtown. Check in and checkout were easy, parking was close and well marked. Tony was very polite and clear. Quiet, comfortable sheets and towels, good tv service. A little bit understocked (lacking coffee, cooking spray/oil, extra toilet paper, bed sagged in the middle with two people and the outlets needed some repairs, as well as portable fan and bathroom fan). Smelled like weed when we first arrived and was very hot in the room, luckily the windows brought a beautiful breeeze and it was very peaceful. Perfect spot for two people. Accessible to everything. Go to the Blue River Bistro! It was so good we went back a second time!

My husband and I took a quick getaway to Breck after spending time in Denver. This is my third time staying in Breck. Out of all of the Airbnbs that I’ve stayed at in Breck, this has definitely been my favorite. The Airbnb was spacious, clean and had great amenities. My husband and I loved making use of the hot tub, pool, shuttle and pool table. It was off season so a bonus was that it was so quiet. Anyways, we miss it already. Definitely stay with Scott if you are looking for a Breck Airbnb.

Great location, very close to main street and bus stops. Most places such as restaurants, shops, and grocery stores are within walking distance. The pool, gaming room, and the movie theater in the resort (access was included as part of the stay) were great in keeping my kids entertained. A very enjoyable stay!

This place was perfect for a couple’s weekend getaway. Once we figured out the layout of the facility, we could easily access the riverwalk and get to Main Street without walking along the busy city access road. Josh gave excellent instructions for check-in, parking, and provided lots of ideas for meals and entertainment within 6-10 walking minutes. Also lots of easy hikes within a short drive of the place. If you go in the summertime, definitely take the Gondola up to Peak 8. Lots of fun things to do up there if you want to get out of town without driving. Will definitely reach out again for another weekend stay.

Enjoyed our stay at Trails End so much. Nice clean and cozy place that we could walk to Main Street Breck easily for shopping or dining. Alec was great with communication even after we booked letting us know the hot tubs wouldn’t be working in the off season and also went above and beyond gifting us a credit to go use the local indoor pool that our kids enjoyed. Would come back again!

Clean and cozy place. Worked well for myself and my family for a long weekend ski/snowboard getaway. Central location to many of the best mountains - 15 mins from Breckenridge without traffic. 10 mins from Copper Mountain without traffic. The town of Frisco is a cool little town with everything one would need for a trip.
