You have access to the garden/pool. We are located on a traffic-calmed street with good infrastructure (supermarkets, restaurants within walking distance). Great connection to the A5/A6.

Restaurants and cafes are right outside the front door. The Neckar and the train station are within walking distance. Heidelberg and Mannheim can easily be reached in about 15 minutes by train. Bikes can be stored in the courtyard, where you can also sit nicely in the summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house.

Next to the apartment there is a garden (lawn) which can be used.

Breakfast can be prepared in the kitchen. Please do not cook large meals on the stove. Please open the window when cooking!!
