Beautiful, secluded and very quiet property at the end of the small village. Beautiful view from the upper terrace over the Elbe landscape and the Elbe. The Elbe is about 400 m away. The Alte Elbe Kathewitz Nature Reserve begins 200 m away. Large hedges to the neighboring properties and a separate door to the Elbe dam. The house is good for up to 4 people. I am happy to welcome you to the castle. Apartment No. 4 is located on the upper level (3rd floor) and faces northwest, from where you have a view of the park, the moat and the small lake. It has a bedroom-living room combination, full bathroom and kitchen. It offers tranquility and a beautiful view of the park landscape.

My flat is a five minute walk away from the stadium (Red-Bull Arena) and a fifteen minute walk away from the city centre. It is located near the beautiful canal Elstermühlgraben and the city port. The flat is of high quality and well equipped.
