In the entrance hall there is a built-in wardrobe with a compartment for clothes and several shelves for spare clothes and linen. There is also a clothes horse, a ladder and a hoover. There is a double bed in the room. The flat is therefore suitable for a single person or a couple. The centre is within easy walking distance. The bus stop is right on the corner of the building.

The building has been lovingly renovated and now features a unique complex of quiet apartments and a yoga/seminar room surrounded by greenery. Each apartment has its own terrace and parking space. My apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the lively and popular Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. Here you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants, etc. Just around the corner there is a gym and several shopping options. The city center is about 2 km away. Tram, bus, parks, art and culture are all very close. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and adventurers.
