Very much enjoyed our short stay at The Studio! Extremely 'handy' for Ingliston & the Highland Show! Lots of choices for places to eat, both for evening meals & breakfast. Didn't have a lot of time to explore Linlithgow, but is a very interesting place with some interesting architecture, particularly the palace. Will definitely be back!

The room was tidy and furnished with antiques. A very tastefully Victorian house with all modern facilities. We had only time for one night, it would be a place for a longer stay. The house is central to the Downtown of Dumfernline and a good place for visiting Edinburgh. The Host Michael is very friendly and had a lot of tips for visiting the town. Perfect!

Lovely room! The pictures don’t do it justice, it was spotlessly clean and we received breakfast bags each morning! The host was very thoughtful and we had everything we could need! The location was perfect, and being able to leave our bags after checkout was very useful. Check in was easy and straight forward, would definitely recommend! Thank you for a lovely trip!

The room was even better than I expected! I had a room on the second floor looking to the back of the house and I didn't hear a thing from outside of from my neighbor! Louise was very kind and even carried my heavy luggage upstairs. She also let me check in early. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely place to stay, fairly close to a main road in and out of Edinburgh, but far enough away to seem as though you are out in the countryside. I would recommend that you book this place, if you want privacy whilst still be close to the city or the airport.

It was a quiet and peaceful place, which made for a comfortable stay. Since it was a long-term stay, I really appreciated the regular cleaning and laundry support.

I came to Edinburgh for a conference for 2 nights. As a garden lover this little bolt hole away from the hustle and bustle was perfect. It had everything I needed and was so comfortable and peaceful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! The hosts were very proactive with directions from the train station and how to get in and get settled. Perfect, thank you!

The room we stayed in at Len’s was great- huge comfy bed with two huge windows which were amazing to look out at a thunderstorm to. The garden was beautiful and I had a cheeky wee bounce on the trampoline! The location is super useful, less than a ten minute walk to the train and the local pub. Only thing was that the shower didn’t seem to have a happy middle and was either really hot or really cold but there was a lovely big bath to use instead! Overall I would definitely recommend as it was a lovely little getaway!

What a lovely little find for our trip up to Scotland for a wedding . Beautiful farm and surroundings . Bella the dog greated us from the moment we pulled up in the car . Followed by other gorgeous animals . We even got a visit from the cats ! The space was clean and had all the essentials we needed for our stay . The shower was very powerful, a little noisy but you get used to it after couple of minutes. We couldn’t get the WiFi to work but we coped using our phones as hotspot . It don’t effect our stay . Thank you for a lovely mini break . We loved the doggy’s and cats .

What a beautiful cottage and a lovely quiet location. We were provided with everything we needed for a lovely relaxing few days. Hosts were great and welcomed us in. We were visiting family with my daughter and grandson but would love to return for a longer stay when we could enjoy the surrounding countryside more.

Very secluded location. Our host was wonderful. Very easy to get to and from the city.

It was a quiet and beautiful countryside inn, and the stay itself was an unforgettable experience. The inn was surrounded by farms and fields, and we could hear the beautiful chirping of birds all day long. We walked around the inn for over an hour everyday. I now understand why walking is such a common habit and cultural tradition in the UK. Monica and Kerin were flexible with the check-in time for us and thoughtful in maintaining a peaceful environment. I highly recommend this inn.

simple place, but good value for the price

Jane was such a genuinely kind person, she was extremely helpful when we first arrived and showed us how to work the hot tub and sauna, the cabin was beautiful and clean and the kitchen had everything one could need. Jane was extremely responsive as well. place was amazing absolutely worth every penny! x

That was very nice place for me to stay , I have been here for two weeks, I love this place very much which is spaceful, tidy, organized. Marilyn keep the kitchen very clean , there are variety of cooking essential that you can use , such as oven, pan, toaster, micro wave,fast oven and so on. I stayed in the six people room, the room is clean and mattress is very comfortable. James is very friendly gentleman, he help me store my luggage when I checked out. Furthermore, you can make some friends in here, definitely I will come back when I visit Edinburgh.

This is a wonderful place to stay - we were warmly welcomed and introduced to the accommodation- it was walking distance to our friends and in the wonderful market town of Haddington in mid Lothian - easy drive into Edinburgh and the surrounding beaches - would highly recommend

Jessica is the perfect host. Couldnt do enough for me and made sure i felt welcome and comfortable immediately upon arrival. Would 100% recommend staying here. Edinburgh city centre within walking distance and Jessica is very knowledgeable about the area. Thank you Jessica for making the fist 2 days of my road trip perfect! 😃 x
