The place was great – clean, cozy, and with a lovely view! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Just a heads-up: be ready to walk quite a bit, as it's located on a hill. The host was very friendly and responsive, always quick to reply to any questions. Would definitely recommend!

This was the perfect Airbnb for two people. Extremely convenient location from the ferry stop or a 45 min taxi ride from Como. Very close to great restaurants. Above all, the hosts were extremely responsive and gave amazing recommendations for my short stay at Lake Como. My only small complaint was that the bed was not comfortable. Besides that, I would recommend to anyone who needs a place for a short stay! Thank you Tommy and Elisa!!

I highly recommend this place!! It was extremely clean, a comfortable bed, a beautiful view everywhere you looked, everything you would need. The house came with little treats, maps, information, and was walkable to sweet little restaurants, views etc. The hosts were SO kind, helpful and wonderful!! We would entirely stay there again!

The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment!the room was good , and the location was perfect. but it can be very warm in summer as there’s no AC in the rooms. it’s be a good idea on Summer a cooling fan or AC

What a wonderful apartment. The pictures do not do it justice. The views of the lake, its close proximity to the town centre, Stefeno as a host made this one of our most memorable and enjoyable stays! Stefeno met us at the dock when we arrived and even met us for coffee when we left. Truely a Super Host

We had an unforgettable stay at this gorgeous lakeside apartment in Lenno. From the moment we arrived, the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome — incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. On a hot summer day, the air conditioning was a true luxury—cool, quiet, and powerful, it made relaxing indoors a pleasure. But the real highlight was the view: breathtaking lake vistas from both the windows and the terraces made every morning coffee and evening glass of wine feel magical. You truly couldn’t ask for a better location. The apartment is steps from the water, and we loved how easy it was to go for a swim or simply sit by the shore and take it all in. Restaurants, cafés, gelato shops, and the ferry to explore other Lake Como towns are all just a short walk away — it made getting around and enjoying the area completely effortless.

Franceso was an absolute incredible host. He was extremely helpful, quick to respond, and provided lots of tip/tricks/recommendations for traveling around and enjoying Lake Como. The place was super nice and modern with all the amenities listed (for anyone worried about AC, it worked quickly and was more than enough to cool it). Outside, the view was absolutely stunning and it was so peaceful and quiet at night (it is a very quiet area in general which was a plus...absolutely no tourist noise or traffic). With it being in a quiet area, I do have to prewarn it is up on a hillside that requires walking up steep hills and some staircases (when arriving, you will definitely want to have some way of being dropped off at the door if you have large, heavy baggage), but it is worth the climb. :) All in all, I couldn't recommend this place enough for anyone, especially couples, who want a beautiful, quiet place to stay and enjoy on Lake Como.

This was a lovely place. It's centrally located, very clean, beautiful balcony view, very usable kitchen, the shower water pressure was great and the bed was firm, large and comfortable. Also the pillows were so good (orthopedic). highly recommend. I would buy food to prepare in the kitchen though as all of the restaurants close by are tourist traps (expensive and poor quality).

We had an amazing stay in the beautiful apartment of Leon. It was even prettier than on the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. We loved staying here and also found this area of Como very calming to stay compared to other, more touristic and crowded parts. Thank you Leon and we hope to stay with you sometime again!

The location is absolutely stunning and Pieter’s place is perfect - very clean with beautiful views of the lake and right next to GHT. The ferry terminal is also very close. There are also a couple of nice restaurants/ coffee shops around. We would love to come back.

A beautiful, well appointed apartment, perfectly positioned , enabling easy access around Lake Como . Superb views and grounds to relax and enjoy the lake after a long days of sightseeing. Oddonne and Stephania met us on arrival and were incredibly warm, helpful, and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay in this Airbnb……. It’s a gem 💎

This apartment has the most beautiful views from the balcony and living room. We very much enjoyed our morning coffee in the balcony and the weather was perfect - not too hot which made sitting in the sun a delight. On a hot day, a shade in the balcony would be perfect. The location is perfect as it's right next to the ferry terminal. The roadside can be a little noisy but after a while it became white noise as you take in the breathtaking view. We rented a vespa and found it very easy to move around whether by taking the ferry to Bellagio on the other side or to Menaggio, 10mins down the road. We also had a dedicated parking spot which was perfect. Irina was very responsive and helpful. We absolutely loved the bottle of sparkling wine that she left us on arrival. Very nice touch. It truly is idyllic and we would love to return one day. Lake Como is a magical place.

It was a great choice to stay - not only Alessia is a great host - but also the place is perfect if you want to enjoy peaceful time and have walkable access to the centre. Please feels like home due to carefully selected amenities and materials used. Alessia is going an extra mile in being a host - she helps with arrival and departure, gives local tips that one would not know otherwise! Beautiful view on Pescallo bay, delicious fruits just next door! This was a perfect weekend gateway - thank you Alessia!

Easily the best Air BnB experience I have ever had. Rosa Katherine is tremendously kind and a true super-host. My wife and I eloped in Bellagio during our time here and Rosa made sure we had all of the necessary accommodations. The place is peaceful and luxurious with breathtaking views better than the pictures. You will definitely want a vehicle - we rented a Vespa from Roberto at Varenna Vespa Rent. It was simple and allowed us to wisp in and out of all the little lake towns and ride into the mountains a bit. The bed is super comfortable and the AC worked great, we had very high temps one day and it kept up fantastically. On top of being an incredible host - Rosa Katherine was genuinely eager to make sure that we were always taken care of with a deep level of hospitality.

We will have very good memories of our stay at Sabrina’s place. The cottage is very well equipped and exactly as described. The view from the terrace is beautiful. Sabrina is very kind and helpful — we made use of her recommendations for attractions and restaurants. This place is definitely worth recommending.

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation, which perfectly matched the description. The charm asset: the spa and the jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the lake 😍 A big thank you to the co-hosts Andrea and Carla for their kindness and responsiveness in the exchanges before, during and after our stay. I would recommend it in a second!

Super helpful and clear communication. The Airbnb is exactly as shown, beautiful view from the balcony. Location is secluded however and hard to reach places unless you have hired a car. So just a tip for future visitors- hire a car :)

Best accommodation in our entire Italy trip. The place was tastefully decorated and Dana obviously took pride in hosting! Her hospitality went above and beyond and the place was very comfortable. Quiet and great place, the apartment was as described in the advertisement. We were 6 adults who had a great week in the apartment with great views. We rented bikes from @Bike it! Bellagio, very good service here too. Nice to cycle to experience new places, the ferry from Bellagio went to both sides of the lake and was easily accessible 😊

Lisa and her family were incredibly gracious and responsive hosts. They met us shortly after we arrived helped us park our van and carry in our bags. They gave us recommendations for restaurants and we ended up booking a lovely boat ride on Lake Como with Lisa as our captain. The apartment was as pictured and was comfortable for our family. Absolutely incredible place. We didn’t want to leave the apartment! The view is probably the best we have ever seen. Mattie and Els are great, the flat was clean. We cooked a couple nights and sat out on the balcony enjoying the view. There’s lots of information which will help. We were able to walk down to the town using their advice through a footpath and also the free bus service is extremely helpful, especially when you’ve had a couple bottles of wine! Would definitely recommend. Thank you Mattie and Els!
