We are 300m from the lake, close to premium hiking trails and only 800m to the train station - for free trips throughout the black forest region due to the free "KONUS-Karte". We are only 15 min from Feldberg Ski Arena/Nature reserve and 5 min (by car) from skiiing slopes/crosscountry tracks.

The cozy 59 m² basement apartment is located close to nature on the edge of the forest and yet only a few minutes' walk from the village center. The apartment consists of 3 rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The apartment has a terrace facing south and can thus be relaxed all day in the sun.

The apartment on the first floor is located in a former farmhouse and has been completely newly furnished. It is suitable for 2 - 3 people. The house has a large garden with various seats for shared use, as well as a garage in the house. In the surrounding area there are shops for everyday needs. The city park (Japanese garden) next to the outdoor pool is a 5-minute walk away.
