We felt right at home at the beautiful house in Noirmoutier. The house is even more beautiful and spacious than in the pictures, especially the yard and pool are huge! The rooms and bathrooms were nice and well-appointed. They provided a restaurant and activity guide in advance which was great. During our stay, Laetitia was very responsive via text and made check in and check out smooth and easy. Highly recommend!

Very nice house, well-located, close to the port and the beach. Very close to a fairly busy road without it really bothering. Poor quality 5G network, if you need to work remotely! It was missing some useful amenities that we regretted (hair dryer, dryer, internet box, sheets...) but we were warned! Super nice pool with young children, bright and very nice house. We'll be happy to go back!

A warm and authentic home where it's good to gather as a family. A spacious kitchen with large countertops and a well-appointed living room for convivial moments. The environment of the marsh is peaceful and the view is really beautiful from the very well kept garden.

We had a great time despite fickle weather at the end of April. Julie's house is fantastic. A really nice decor, and remarkable cleanliness in all the rooms and especially in the kitchen. When the sun finally appeared, we were able to enjoy the terrace by the pool for lunch, a treat. We would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

Exceptional location and views, facing the ocean , the view from the bed will remain memorable! The house is well-equipped and well furnished, the heated pool is a plus even if it is small. The price is high but the equipment of the house and the view can justify this price, only note for this price sheets and towels could be included and not extra. The studio on the other hand in the extension of the garage smells of humidity, a vmc would be very useful!!

We had a lovely weekend. The accommodation is a 15-minute walk from the center and right by the water. I highly recommend the accommodation for a quiet weekend /holiday in an idyllic setting.

Well, in the few years that we've been doing Airbnb, we've seen a lot, but this time, we found a gem. Everything is designed for the pleasure of the tenants, the necessary for shore fishing, bicycles, the small cart, mini golf, and even a booster for those who have small children in the bathroom. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and close to everything by car or bike. The little welcome gift made us really happy.

We had a great time with the family at Adeline's place. Martine's hosting was very warm. Adeline and Martine informed us very well about the destination with recommendations of shops, restaurants, etc. The house is ideal for the whole family including the little ones: walled garden, bright house with beautiful volumes, spacious rooms. We recommend without a second thought. Thank you!

Pleasant accommodation in a quiet place, close to the beach. Decorated with taste and originality. The small outdoor space is also very pleasant. Only small downside, and this is only my opinion, the absence of wifi and television which can be a plus when traveling alone. However, I will gladly return without hesitation. Excellent stay at the "Petite Noirmoutrine". Rémi and Sophie are very welcoming hosts and give very good advice to their visitors. We found a very clean, pleasant and functional accommodation, quiet and very well located in relation to the pretty little village of Epine.

We had a great family stay at Laurent's in this very well-equipped and very well-decorated house, with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Laurent was very friendly and gave good advice. Quiet and pleasant beach nearby, shops 5 min drive. Perfect for holidays with children, we will be happy to come back.

The perfect place to visit the island of Noirmoutier: 3 minutes' walk from the center, 5 minutes from the port and 10 minutes from the Bois de la Chaise. It's quiet, clean, very well-equipped, and to top it all off, the owners as well as the person in charge of the cleaning are warm and very responsive! Many thanks to them!

We spent a family weekend in Marie and David's accommodation, which allowed us to get together in a very pleasant setting and discover the Noirmoutier peninsula. The accommodation was perfect for all of us. We were all able to find our place there. The children had a lot of fun with the beach volleyball court at the back of the house and the meals under the terrace shelter were very much appreciated by all. The location is ideal, right next to the center of L'Épine, close to the salt marshes for a walk and close to the beach. The availability of bicycles is ideal for going for a ride without taking the car. A big thank you to Marie and David for this accommodation. Julien
