Very nice and tastefully decorated apartment. The outdoor terrace is really a plus as well as the parking space. Shops are all nearby.

The building is very new and the apartment is very clean. The highlight is the terrace(s) from which you have an incredible view of the beach and the sea. The on-site relationship is initially ensured by a very good concierge but the owner did not fail to get personally involved when we were faced with a water failure generated by an external plumber who had really done anything. Thank you to Mr. Durand for his involvement, which allowed us to continue our stay in the best weather, which was also clement

Great accommodation. We went there for a weekend by the sea. And we had a great time there. Well located accommodation with the beach right next door, the market is a 10 min walk.

This place was a big part of making our stay go smoothly. Accommodation identical to the photos, very well equipped with quality sleeping arrangements (rare on vacation). Philippine's house is very suitable for a stay with friends or family, each with their own bathroom. Common areas are large and functional. The exterior is very pleasant with these different spaces to seek shade at different times of the day. The house is well equipped and clean. I would recommend it without a second thought!

Family trip with a 2.5-year-old. No complaints, great welcome and home. The location is perfect, the house was great, as described or even more! Very nice, well decorated and well-equipped house and extremely well located. Beaches, supermarket, bakery (very good) WALKING. Sainte Marie is an adorable village. The coastal path that connects Pornic to Préfailles is wonderful. We'll be happy to go back!

Studio as described, perfect for two people Ideally located, everything is on foot from the accommodation: embankment of La Baule, Port du Pouliguen, local shops, restaurants No private parking space, but there's an easy and free street parking spot. small downside: Cluttered bike room - difficult or impossible to put bikes in safety

Such a beautiful place with an amazing view! Just 5 minutes to the nearest beach and about 20 minutes to the main beach and shops, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location was peaceful yet convenient, and I truly loved the stay. Would definitely come back!

The apartment is really exceptional and the view is a dream. The communication was super friendly and Kate and her husband are very nice people! The keys are therefore handed over in person. The kitchen is above average well equipped. Unfortunately, we didn't have much luck with the weather. You should consider this before booking, otherwise you will not be able to use the beautiful terrace due to wind and rain. All in all, we liked it very much 🍀
