Our apartment house is in a quiet, yet central and most beautiful location of Lermoos. Right next to our house is the ski slope and the start of many hiking or biking trails. Each apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, dining and living area and a private bathroom. Of our 4 apartments, three have a private terrace and one apartment has a spacious balcony. Parking is available for each apartment and there is also a ski/bike storage room.

Apart Bader - Appartementhaus

You will feel completely comfortable with us, as our apartment is in a very quiet area. A special highlight is the quietly located garden with terrace, where you can spend relaxing hours. For your convenience, all shops serving everyday needs are in the immediate vicinity. For your vehicle, there is a parking space right outside the front door and also for electric or hybrid cars, as a charging station is available right by the house.

This apartment is on the first floor of the Snow House. The living room has a wooden parquet floor, a tiled stove and a sitting area with a comfortable lounge sofa. From here also access to the sunny terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine. The 10 meter wide terrace is completely south facing and offers a beautiful view over the top of the sun!
