Welcome to our wonderful villa of 300 sqm by the sea! The house is located in Stenvik in idyllic Åsa at the end of a quiet dead-end street and with 50 meters to the shallow sandy beach or swimming by the jetty. The house has a large fantastic garden with pool with associated newly built pool house of 30 sqm. In Åsa there is a home bakery, ICA store, restaurants, ice cream café and cozy shops as well as is only 30 min by train or car to Gothenburg.
