Le Gîte "La Terrasse du Loir" est privatif (ouvert depuis 2021), piscine privative également et sans vis-à-vis. La piscine et l'abri télescopique ont été installés en 2022, elle est chauffée à 29° En 2026: Piscine chauffée du 27 Mars au 1er Novembre inclus. En 2027: Piscine chauffée du 26 Mars au 1er Novembre inclus. Gîte de 115m2 + grande terrasse de 24 m² surplombant Le Loir situé à 2,5kms du Zoo. Capacité du logement 12 pers avec le canapé convertible dans le salon (10 pers avec les 4 ch).

Entièrement équipée, elle offre 2 chambres, véranda, jardin, piscine chauffée de juin à sept accessible de 10 à 12h et de 14 à 18h30, Wifi. Linge de lit et de bain en supplément 9€/personne. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. Que ce soit en couple ou en famille (2 adultes, 2 enfants) vous pourrez profiter de la piscine couverte chauffée de Mai à mi Octobre, ainsi que du jacuzzi (en option). Nous sommes à 30 min du Zoo de la Flèche et proche d'autres sites touristiques (châteaux, vignobles..)

L'Isle Mézangeon with pool in the countryside

Isle-Loire is 15 minutes from the Loire and its "Loire by bike" circuit. L'Isle Mézangeon occupies part of the western half of a large farmhouse, typical of the Angevine region, dating from the 17th-18th century and fully restored. In the heart of a bucolic garden of 3 hectares, bordered by a stream, between meadows and orchard, you will enjoy the calm of the countryside (hammocks are available), a large shared pool and play areas for young and old.
