Small 35 m2 detached house open in living and rest area, equipped kitchen at the back of the room, separate toilet and shower. Cottage adjoining a typical farmhouse of the area. Quiet, located close to the city center (2-min walk) and all these amenities. Ideal for couples, including with baby, accessible for people with reduced mobility, except electric wheelchair. Come and rest in the countryside in our trailer, halfway between Angers and Saumur, close to the banks of the Loire Located on a plot of more than one hectare, your neighbors will be goats, sheep and chickens. Whether as a couple or with family (2 adults, 2 children) you can enjoy the heated indoor pool from May to mid-October, as well as the jacuzzi (optional). We are 30 minutes from La Flèche Zoo and close to other tourist sites (castles, vineyards...)

Pavilion on the banks of the Loire between Angers and Saumur

The pavilion, independent of my house, overlooks the Loire. It's great for a couple's getaway. It is ideal as a base for exploring the roads and paths of the Loire, to visit the countless known castles or lesser-known residences that line it. You will never forget the sunrises over the Loire in the early morning in one of the most beautiful villages of the wild Loire (halfway between Angers and Saumur). It is now equipped with mosquito nets... Welcome!

Pour les amateurs de zoo, nous sommes à environ 35 minutes du zoo de la Flèche, environ 45 minutes du zoo bioparc de Doué la Fontaine et environ 1h30 du zoo de Beauval.
