La rocale

A small house in the countryside, located on a closed and wooded plot and with a parking space. You can access the beautiful beach of Surtainville (800 m) and the village 600 m away, with bakery/grocery store/newsstand. House, renovated in 2020, equipped with an internet connection (fiber). Deckchair and barbecue available in shed on land. Connections with the Channel Islands are provided from Diélette and Barneville-Carteret (12 km). You are 45 minutes from the landing beaches.

The little house in the dunes

The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

The accommodation is located on the GR23 in the heights of a bucolic village. A great place.A real little paradise for nature lovers, rocked by the lapping of the creek that borders the terrace and the resac of the sea. From the terrace an unobstructed view of the sea and the pond. Welcome to the Val Mulet swordfish gîte. Our guest house is located on the first floor of a recent pavilion with independent access and a private garden. On the west coast of Cotentin, our cottage is a 1-kilometer walk from the sea and the supervised beach of Sciotot and close to the village of Pieux. Close to shops and ideally located for water sports, you will find a preserved wilderness area where you can take great walks and hikes along the GR, from the house.

Close to the Gr223, the customs officers' path will allow you to discover breathtaking landscapes, Port Racine, Goury, the Bay of Ecalgrain, the nose of Jobourg... 150 meters from Sciotot Beach (municipality of Les Pieux), this small house called "La Grange", old, with character, semi-detached, about 50 m2, will allow you to enjoy a beautiful natural setting. The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in "Les Pieux" 3 kilometers from the rental.
