Mon logement est en pleine nature, au sein d'une jolie propriété au bord de l'Erdre, idéal pour une famille avec 2 enfants ou pour 2 couples. 67 m2. Au rez de chaussée, cuisine, salon, toilettes. A l'étage, 2 chambres , salle d'eau. Jardin ouvert avec salon de jardin, barbecue, balançoires pour tout-petits , toboggan, table ping-pong. Possibilité d'utiliser la piscine chauffée des propriétaires, 11m sur 4,50m, de mi-avril à début octobre, de 10h à 18h30, sauf dimanche l'été.
