Apartment on the second floor of a villa at an altitude of 1,500 m with a wonderful view of the Dolomites, which have been declared a World Heritage Site. It is suitable for couples with children or for groups of up to 4 people. I offer a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The house is located on the road that leads to the Venezia mountain hut, where there is access to the summit of Mount Pelmo at 3,168 m. From there, on clear days, you can see the Venice lagoon. For those who can't climb, there is a trail that goes around the mountain.

The house is located above St. Lorenzen in the Lesachtal, a mountaineering village in the middle of the Carnic Alps and Lienz Dolomites. Our old farmhouse, which was lovingly expanded and renovated in 2023, is located on the edge of the forest in a beautiful secluded location and is directly accessible by car. Due to the south-facing orientation, our guests enjoy sun from early to late.

An attic, inside a seventeenth-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with an equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with a fireplace and a large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with a shower and a "refuge" with 2 additional beds. Inside you will find a double bed, refrigerator, electric coffee pot,toaster, microwave ,kettle and coffee ,snacks ,bread for toast ,jams. In the bathroom shower ,sink and toilet with built-in bidet. If you arrive late in the winter, let me know so we can get up earlier heating. From 1/4! 2026 the municipality asks for the tourist tax of €1.50 per person per day in cash. .
