Το συγκεκριμένο σπίτι είναι πολύ άνετο για οικογένειες,για όσους έχουν μικρό παιδί διαθέτει και παρκοκρεβατο,πολύ προσεγμένο και καθαρό η κουζίνα έχει τα πάντα και η τουαλέτα πεντακάθαρη και κάτι βασικό και θα το καταλάβετε για τη Μυτιλήνη είναι ότι βρίσκαμε πάντα να παρκάρουμε το αυτοκίνητο.Η κυρία Νίκη και ο κύριος Παναγιώτης είναι διατεθειμένοι ανά πάσα στιγμή να σας βοηθήσουν σε ότι χρειαστείτε.

Yiannis ist ein äußerst freundlicher und kompetenter Host. Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen, der Ausblick vom Balkon aufs Meer ist traumhaft schön. Die Ausstattung ist nicht nur gut und praktisch, sie ist auch geschmackvoll und schön fürs Auge. Der Kontakt war völlig problemlos und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns für zwei wundervolle Tage in Mythimna! Wer bei Yiannis bucht, ist sicherlich gut bedient!

Thalia ile haberleşme konusunda sıkıntı yaşamadık. Mesajlarımıza zamanında ve yeterli cevap verdi. Evin konumunu çok beğendik, manzara harikaydı! Her yere yürüyerek ulaşım sağladık. Evin arka tarafında market var ve fiyatları da oldukça uygundu. Balkona her fırsatta kahve içmeye çıktık ancak rüzgardan dolayı tam tadını çıkartamadık, bizim Midilli’de bulunduğumuz zamanda hava gerçekten rüzgarlıydı. O yüzden balkon bizim için pek elverişli olamadı maalesef. Mutfak gereçleri yeterliydi, hepsi temel şeylerdi. Greek kahvesini Thalia sayesinde keşfettik :) Yorumlarda yazıldığı gibi yardımsever, ilgili bir hanımefendiydi. Henüz yaz mevsimi olmadığı için akşam/gece ev soğuktu ve klima fazlasıyla işimizi gördü. Sıcak suda da sıkıntı yaşamadık. Bazı yorumlarda gürültü ve sigara konusundan bahsedilmiş. Biz gürültü duymadık ve sigara kokusu hiç almadık, bulunduğumuz daireye koku gelmedi. Genel olarak memnun kaldık, yaklaşık 5 yaşındaki oğlumuzla birlikte güzel zaman geçirdik :) Teşekkürler…

Ένα πανέμορφο άνετο πεντακάθαρο σπίτι , πολύ μεγαλύτερο απ’ο,τι φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες , στο κέντρο της Ερεσσού ,σε απόσταση αναπνοής , ήσυχο πολύ ,με τέλεια θερμοκρασία δωματίου ( δε χρειάστηκε να ανάψω το αιρ-κοντίσιον) , η κυρία Μαίρη κι ο κύριος Κλεομενης είναι γλυκύτατοι καλοψυχοι και εμπνευστικοί άνθρωποι ! Τιμή μου και χαρά μου που σας γνώρισα ,ευχαριστώ παρά πολύ για όλα , θα τα πούμε του χρόνου στη μαγική Ερεσσο !!

チェックインに少々問題がありましたがホストは迅速に対応してくれました。ファミリーの対応に感謝します。 静かで海も近く、またゆっくり滞在したいです。

Άψογο σπίτι στην καρδιά της πόλης. Πεντακάθαρο, cozy και εύκολα προσβάσιμο.

The house's location was perfect. It was centrally located and quiet. Antonios was an open and communicative host. I can wholeheartedly recommend this residence.

Absolutely exquisite location! Sublime scenery overlooking the sea and beach. Pool is fabulous! Spacious grounds and accommodation. Helpful and attentive grounds keeper. Best to have your own car or check carefully with taxis as some will not drive on the road from Tavari to Podoras as it’s a dirt road…Do-able for sure though. Enjoy!

Το σπίτι της Νεκταριας ήταν καλύτερο απο ότι το φανταζομασταν. Οικογένεια των 4 βολευτήκαμε πάρα πολύ καλά και νιώσαμε σαν το σπίτι μάς!Πολύ όμορφη αυλή με ωραίες λεπτομέρειες και μεράκι με εύκολη πρόσβαση με αυτοκίνητο. Τα πάντα ηταν καθαρά και τακτοποιημενα. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά στην επόμενη επίσκεψη μας στο νησί.

We had a wonderful holiday in this house by the sea and in a large garden. The house is very clean and very useful, the environment created by the olive trees is very pleasant. A unique option for those who aim for a peaceful and quiet holiday. It is great to be able to enter the sea right in front of the house. We would like to thank Vana and Nicolas for their complete hospitality and help.

Fijn verblijf gehad, goede locatie in een heel leuk dorpje. Goede communicatie met verhuurder en zijn broer.

Huset ligger högt uppe vid borgen och ser precis ut som på bilderna. Balkongerna med utsikter är toppen. Bra med fönsterluckor, blir mörkt när man ska sova. Boendet är på övervåningen av huset. Enkelt att parkera gratis nära borgen. Vi var fem personer så en sov i matrummet. Gulliga katter på balkongen. Gillar man att bo i genuina hem är detta toppen.

We stayed at this wonderful apartment in Petra, Lesvos, as a group of four and were extremely satisfied with everything. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, the bathroom was well-stocked, and overall the apartment was very comfortable. Our host was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. From the moment we arrived, they were quick to respond to all our questions and made us feel right at home. The internet connection was excellent, perfect for both work and entertainment. The location of the apartment was ideal—within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and markets, yet situated on a quiet and peaceful street, which made it perfect for relaxation. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations. Thanks to the comfort of the apartment and the warmth of our host, we had an unforgettable vacation. If we return to Lesvos, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved our stay in Michael’s house! So peaceful and incredible views. We hired a van for our family of 8, like another review mentioned, it was too long to get round into the drive, we parked opposite in a little ‘lay-by’. Agios Isidoros lived up to its reputation, particularly if you walk back along the seafront and sit under some trees for shade. Olive wood House was great and they even let us have a go with sanding! Mythos in Plomari is a brilliant taverna, especially if you have children who aren’t particularly adventurous with what they eat. Very friendly people there. Melinta beach worth a visit- a bit run down but fun to jump off the rock if you have the courage! (I didn’t- my daughter did!) All in all a brilliant property to stay in, very useful to have washing machine etc. loved the air conditioning, cooler downstairs than up. Thank you very much Michael for making the special holiday possible!

This is a beautiful and peaceful retreat. The place is modern and updated. It is in a fisherman’s village with lots of character, friendly people and spectacular nature. The hosts are kind, responsive and hospitable. I had the time off I needed and I’d love to come back.

Değerli George'nun evi resimlerde göründüğü ve anlatıldığı gibi bir evdi. Dört kişilik aile olarak rahatlıkla konakladık. Temizlik malzemeleri olması ilave puan alır. Temizlik daha iyi olabilirdi. Ama genel puanlamada görmezden gelinir. Evin tek eksiği bulaşık makinesidir. Kısacası beklentimizi karşıladı ve rahat bir konaklama oldu. Ev, merkeze on dakika uzaklıkta ve şehrin üst tarafında. Bu durum bizim için iyi oldu. Daha huzurlu ve serin ortamı vardı. Yalnız, alt komşunun iki köpeği maalesef gece gündüz hiç susmadı. Neyseki hayvanları seviyoruz.

Tolle Lage, schöne Umgebung, gemütliche, saubere Wohnung, sehr netter Kontakt. Der Blick vom Bett und von der Terrasse aus aufs Meer war traumhaft! Danke für alles, Vangelis! Ich hoffe, wir kommen bald mal wieder.

Υπεροχος χωρος και πεντακαθαρος!! Σε μια πολυ ησυχη και ομορφη γειτονια ακριβως πανω απο το λιμανι!! Ιδανικη τοποθεσια για να εξερευνησεις το νησι. Το σπιτι ηταν πεντακαθαρο και ευρυχωρο! Ηταν παρα πολυ ανετο και το συνηστω αν θελεις να ταξιδεψεις με την οικογενεια σου ή και μονος θα εχεις ολες τις ανεσεις! Η κυρια Ποπη και ο συζυγος της εξαιρετικοι οικοδεσποτες!! Απαντουν αμεσως στα μηνυματα εκανα το check in μου κυριολεκτικα τελευταια στιγμη αργα το απογευμα και παρολα αυτα μεσα σε ουτε 5 λεπτα μπηκα στο σπιτι! Τους ευχαριστω πολυ γι αυτην την ομορφη διαμονη! Και οπωσδηποτε καθε φορα που θα ερχομαι θα κλεινω μονο σε αυτους τη διαμονη μου☺️ Πραγματικα δε θα βρειτε κατι καλυτερο οσον αφορα την καθαριοτητα ,την τοποθεσια και την φιλοξενια!!

Great spot! Grigoris is a wonderful host - timely and friendly communication. The home is clean, well-appointed and in a great location. It’s quiet and tucked away from foot traffic but a close walk to the beach. Great amenities and very clean!

We have stayed in Lanas apartment before and have had great stays on both occasions. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the apartment had everything we needed. Lana is great at communicating and Jasmine went extra lengths to help us. Be aware that the road to the apartment is quite steep and paved with cobble stones, so getting luggage there is a bit of a task if your not traveling light. Fully recommended!

Το κατάλυμμα βρίσκεται στο λιμάνι της Μυτιλήνης μόνος 20 λεπτά από το αεροδρόμιο. Μπορείς να βρεις πάρκινγκ και να κινηθείς μέσα στα στενά που είναι γεμάτα από ταχυφαγεία, εστιατόρια και καφετέριες. Ήταν πεντακάθαρο και παρείχε όλα τα κομφορ. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέξω ξανά ακόμα.

We had a really nice stay here. The apartment is located at a quiet part of Ermou street. Our favorite part was the balcony with beautiful views of the city, the castle and the sea. Our host was nice and responded quickly. We'd love to stay here again the next time in Mytilini 😊
