You have at your disposal a balcony as well as a private terrace without vis-à-vis on the ground floor of 20 m² which, at nightfall, will offer you a touch of romance by lighting up. Very well located, you can forget about your vehicle and make your trips on foot or by bike. The ocean is 300 m away. The beach, port and its shops as well as bike paths are 700 m away.
