We felt very comfortable in Jean-Pierre's house because the furnishings and interior design meet our expectations. We felt comfortable as soon as we entered the apartment. The location was perfect for us: very quiet, close to the town of Noirmoutier, so we could walk or bike to shopping and restaurants. Our favorite beach was 15 minutes away by bike.

Thank you for this very pleasant stay in your very nice house! The house is perfectly located, quiet but very close to the center. We feel particularly good there. There's everything you need to stay there for a weekend. It would have been perfect if there had been sheets on site (complicated to bring sheets on a weekend). Thanks!

Fantastic place, modern, well thought out, clean and super well equipped, you feel good there immediately. The sea is just a stone's throw away with direct access to the beach, and enjoy the magnificent sunsets from the terrace. Don't forget to collect shells at low tide, while respecting the regulations. Don't close the upstairs bedroom blind because waking up with a sea view is amazing! The exterior is pleasant and flowery, watch out for snails early in the morning :) Don't hesitate! ;) Richard and Mafalda

Great stay in an apartment in the heart of the city with a beautiful view of the port! The best part is being able to store your bikes and helmets in a small, sheltered room.

It is a beautiful studio, very well located, well equipped, with an elevator and a beautiful sea view. Breakfast facing the sea on the very pleasant balcony. Not a lot of restaurants around and a pedestrian street with plenty of shops for shopping fans and foodies, several ice cream parlors on this street. Short stay but very nice; very well located accommodation, city center, beach a stone's throw away... very well furnished accommodation, and the jacuzzi a more pleasant one 😃 Maud and Vincent are very friendly and have good advice .

In total agreement with the positive comments of the other visitors: you can go there with your eyes closed. A significant advantage: the private parking space, especially in high season. In short, an ideal holiday destination. Also worth mentioning: the excellent sound insulation of the bay windows, and the entire building, which is very quiet. A great apartment!

Very nice apartment. Well equipped, even coffee capsules were replenished in the supply by the very friendly Valery. Convenient parking, pleasant 10-15 minute walk to all major shops and many good restaurants. For two people, the apartment is ideal.
