Beautiful cozy house, close to all amenities

House renovated in 2019, with the wish to make it pleasant and cozy, with living room on the ground floor. Accommodates 4/5 adults and 2 children. The kitchen is fully equipped, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven and as well as a Senseo coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher. Upstairs, 4 bedrooms and a bathroom area (separate shower and bathtub) and a double sofa bed on the ground floor. Located in a quiet area and close to the city center and all amenities.

Nice cottage in Laval "cabin spirit"

Located in an enclosed garden, the accommodation is independent of the owners' home. It's small: 14 m2. Despite the proximity to the city center, the place is quiet. For short stays the cottage is perfect. The layout is simple, functional and warm. Only one person is accepted at this listing. Our guest must wear slippers. Following unpleasant experiences, a cleaning fee (€25) will be charged if the accommodation is not left clean.

Tour Saint-Michel, gîte de charme

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

Laval train station – city center: cozy apartment

You will be welcome in my apartment, We live right next door. I decorated and arranged it with great pleasure. I hope you feel good about it. I wanted to make it welcoming, bright and comfortable. It has two disadvantages: access is via a narrow spiral staircase so it's not always easy with big suitcases. Despite the insulation it can be hot in summer because it is under the eaves.

Studio near train station, city center

Studio located 10 min walk from the train station and the city center, in a private property with independent entrance. You can take advantage of the proximity to the Mayenne and the towpath. The studio includes: a double bed in 160 of good quality, an equipped kitchen (combined microwave refrigerator induction stove), bathroom with toilet, WiFi and 80 cm TV.

Olivier and Denis invite you to stay in their tree house. Located at the end of our flower garden, easily accessible by a staircase brushing the maple trees, the Cabane du Bon Chemin, heated and insulated, offers a space of 26 m2 for your comfort, with TV and free Wi-Fi, including a cozy sleeping area: 1 double bed (140 x 190) and 1 retractable bed (90 x 190).
