Das von unserem Wohnhaus unabhängige Häuschen (wir wohnen auf demselben Grundstück) besteht aus zwei Zimmern und einem Bad. In dem Wohnraum mit kleiner Couch und Esstisch befindet sich auch eine kleine Küchenzeile mit 2 Platten Herd, Geschirr, Kaffemaschine (Senseo), Mikrowelle usw. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer hat die Größe 160x200. Als Verbindung zwischen den beiden Zimmern liegt das Duschbad. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Häuschen.

Ob die Ruhe in der Natur in der unmittelbaren Umgebung in der Ville mit ihren Seen oder 30 Minuten entfernt in der Eifel, Sightseeing in Köln oder ein Messebesuch (20 Minuten mit der Bahn) , Aktion im Phantasialand (20 Minuten mit dem Auto oder dem Bus) In dieser Wohnung können Sie mit 2-3 Personen die Seele baumeln lassen und entspannt in den Tag starten.

From here you can walk to cafes, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and much more. The same applies to public transport: lines 3, 4 and 5 or Cologne-Ehrenfeld station (great connection to the city center, main station or Cologne Messe / Deutz).

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem schönen Backsteinhaus von 1925 in historischen Ortskern von Erftstadt-Lechenich. Sie befindet sich im Dachgeschoss des Hauses (2. OG) und ist sehr hell. Der Fußweg zum Marktplatz beträgt ca. 5 Minuten. Das Rauchen in der Wohnung ist untersagt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, vor dem Haus oder im seitlichen Garten auf der Bank zu rauchen.

South of the medieval gates of Cologne in the south city is this room with private entrance, hallway and bathroom. It is located on the 3rd floor (no passenger elevator, only freight elevator) quietly out to the courtyard and has a spacious balcony. The room is intended for one person to stay. I only rent to individuals.

Green oasis plus apartment

Relax in this special and quiet place. In the middle of nature, you can relax wonderfully here. The A1 and A61 highways are within easy reach and Cologne or the Eifel can be reached in 1/2 hour. The small apartment is part of a private house with a separate entrance.
