Je zde klid a ticho, ale i spoustu možností k výletům. Chalupa je v oblasti, která je opravdovým rájem pro milovníky přírody (lesy, skály, rybníky) a historie. Děti si taky užijí. V domě je i v létě příjemný chládek. V zimě si zatopíte v kamnech, ale dům má nově i elektrokotel. Elektřina a topivo se platí navíc.
