Zentral gelegene, neu renovierte Eigentumswohnung mit Balkon. Diese Wohnung wird von mir auch privat genutzt und in den Ferien für Gäste freigegeben. Behandelt sie bitte daher auch so. Die Küche ist mit Induktionsherd, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine (Tassimo) und Wasserkocher ausgestattet. Im Bad befindet sich eine Dusche. Der Arbeitsplatz ist mit einem großen Eckschreibtisch ausgestattet. Ein eigener kostenloser Stellplatz auf dem Gelände ist auch vorhanden. Neuer 55 Zoll TV und WLAN.

With this comfortable apartment , all the important points of interest are close by-making planning your stay very easy. The subway runs right in the front of the house, directly to the airport and the centra train station. Can't be more central. The heart of Stuttgart is 10 mm on foot and 5 mm by subway . The spacious Apartment overlooks a terrace with a direct view to the large Garden. I speak fluent English and French.
