2 days of tranquility is what we sought, and found in Paolo's house, a super helpful, nice, and very kind host. Our 5-year-old son kept asking: "When is Mr. Paolo coming?"😁 The house is very clean, and in a very quiet area. We really appreciated the fact that we were provided with pure cotton towels, the hotel type for each member of the family. The mattresses are very comfortable. The only flaw of this place was the mosquitoes (being a house in the countryside, very annoying) but with citronella candles I think you can solve it and you can enjoy the large lawn that is around it🏠. Thanks for❤️. We'll be back for sure!!!

It couldn't have been better. The location is fantastic in the pedestrian center of town in a courtyard. The very large shaded patio with fragrant jasmine, colorful vines, and kumquats, the well equipped kitchen with tons of teas and coffees, the comfy beds - we never wanted to leave. Cristiano used to be a theater scenograph and it shows in the eclectic decor. Both Cristiano and Sara were absolutely charming - they run the enoteca downstairs (don't miss their various cheese and hams!) - and provided very helpful info on parking, restaurants etc. The unit is one easy set of stairs up, and Cristiano helped get our suitcases up. There is one bedroom and a foldable sofa on the first level. The second bedroom and bath are on the top floor mezzanine via a a spiral staircase. The only downside was that it gets quite hot in that bedroom and the A/C was not sufficient. But all in all, it was an exceptional stay. We can't wait to be back!

For people who seek peace in nature, want to hike and are not afraid of a kilometer-long single-lane drive, the perfect place to relax and for discovery tours in the not yet overcrowded surroundings of Florence, where Giotto, the Medici, the Etruscans and many more have left their mark. Accommodation class cut, originally furnished, top located with small terrace (unfortunately without direct exit from apartment) - ideal for enjoying the phenomenal sunsets high above the Tuscan hills. And Lorenzo is such a likeable, nice and helpful host. We are happy to recommend.

Great stay. Well equipped, very firiendly and proactive communication.

We absolutely loved the house and all of the features. We spent a lot of time outside in the little patio area and our kids played basketball in the driveway. The automated windows, skylights, and shutters were very nice. The AC worked very well and kept us cool during the middle of the day when it was hot outside. The location is less convenient if you don’t have a car but we were able to walk to town in 20 minutes. The area was quiet and beautiful which is what we wanted so we didn’t mind the inconvenience. Very lovely hosts who live on the property and provided lots of information and were very responsive.

I only stayed for one night, but I already know I’ll be coming back. The house was super clean and comfortable, and the upstairs terrace was such a lovely spot to have dinner. Really enjoyed the stay!

Corrado is a great host of a spacious, clean & comfy apartment which is flooded with light. The walk to the beach took fewer minutes than I have fingers on one hand. Despite the many cafés and restaurants just a stone's throw away, the neighborhood is green and quiet (except for meal times in the nearby hotel, but that's a happy buzz). The windows are well insulated, so you can just close them and not hear anything. With the windows open in the mornings, you get the feeling you're in a zoo, as all the different birds get started with their day. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and some spices have been left by other guests and not simply thrown away, which is very nice. The kettle kept my tea addiction alive. The induction plates save time. There's enough counter space. The super market Conad Tuday is just a few minutes' walk. They have everything including a good "deli" counter if you eat meats, sweets, etc. The walk up to the third floor is not difficult, & I felt very safe.

Seemingly comfortable, very clean and well located between Chioggia and the beach. Laura is very friendly and gives good advice on how to get to Venice. We would highly recommend it. Thank you for everything.

We had a great time at Gabriel's place. We did not meet Gabriel personally but he was always concerned about our satisfaction. Her bikes were very helpful. The accommodation is a short walk to the beach but a little far from the train station and the historic center of Rimini (25-30 minutes walk). The only downside is the presence of several dogs (locked in the courtyards) who bark at all times. Fortunately the night is quiet.

Silvia’s place was an oasis of peace and relaxation for our week in Ferrara. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The garden is SO beautiful. Perfect for having a bit of wine or a nice breakfast. Having the bikes were a PLUS, we were able to explore the city with them effortlessly. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and Silvia has a great espresso machine, doesn’t make you miss coffee outside the house. Absolutely a great experience. Silvia is an amazing host! Tutto ottimo! ✨💛

Highly recommend! We were warmly greeted by Cinzia upon arrival. The accommodation was super clean, has many amenities (air conditioning, washing machine, freezer, outdoor terrace and much more). You can always find a free parking space for the car in the side street. The location is great and the center of Ravenna can be reached on foot in ten minutes. A small problem with the outdoor lighting system was immediately fixed by Cincia and her husband. If we come to Ravenna again, we would like to stay with Cinzia again.

Super apartment, perfectly prepared and well equipped. The small terrace is a real little "hideaway"! Location in Ferrara absolutely top, everything within walking distance - or with the bikes provided, the number 1 means of transport in Ferrara. Still quiet in a small side street. Ferrara is absolutely recommended, really Italian, not very touristy. Absolutely relaxed.

A big thank you to Alice for hosting us and for her responsiveness throughout the stay! She was always attentive, available and very attentive. The apartment is exactly as described: functional, well appointed, clean and carefully decorated. We immediately felt good there! A great place that I recommend without hesitating 😊

Definitely a positive experience. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. A little gem. Everything is very well cared for, from the furniture to the equipment to the terrace. Quiet area, very close to the sea. Pedestrian area not far away. Attilio is a very helpful and friendly person.

We felt very comfortable with Chiara. The apartment was clean and cute. Many small items such as toilet paper, salt, coffee or detergent were already available. Chiara always responded promptly to messages and was always courteous and friendly. In addition to answering questions, she also sent recommendations for activities in the area. The only thing we missed in June was actually an air conditioner, which 😅 we hadn't paid attention to before. Because it is only one room, it is difficult to create a draft. Otherwise, the area is quite quiet and you are 3 minutes' walk from the beach!

We were very kindly received by our host Claudio. He explained the apartment and the surroundings well. He provided us with some food on arrival. The apartment is very modern, everything is available and very clean. Surroundings is quiet and pleasant. We were allowed to use the bicycles, so both the city center and the beach were quickly accessible. We can fully recommend the apartment.

Beautiful apartment, very clean and with a very rich aroma! Beautiful environments, bright and well ventilated. We had everything we needed for the three days we were, place to park the car for free on the street and close to everything you need walking, very close to the beach without moving the car. I recommend it

Stayed here for 5 days during the Imola Grand Prix F1. We had a lovely stay! Really enjoyed it! Place was really clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Really well catered for and helpful for my baby and toddler. Giacomina was amazing and very helpful and responsive and answered quickly and made the whole experience quick and easy! Location is great ! The beach was beautiful and we managed to have a few days enjoying some quiet time off season on the beach and the play areas are amazing for kids! Would definitely stay again! As we were often out visiting the beautiful city, we made little use of the apartment, which was nonetheless very welcoming and equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. Recommended as an excellent base for visiting Ravenna and its surroundings.
