The villa is located 50 m from the sea, in the private area of Capo d 'Arco, 5 km from Porto Azzurro and 10 from Capoliveri, very lively in the evening. Immersed in a 6000-square-meter garden full of Mediterranean vegetation, centuries-old olive trees, pines, cypresses and overlooking the cliff, it has a relaxation area with a saltwater pool overlooking the bay and a 180° view of the sea. It is shared with the 4/6 guests of the Main Villa in the area. It is not a place suitable for very lively children.

Casa Pineta is submerged in umbrella pinewood trees in front of the beautiful sandy beach of Marina di Campo. The centre of the village is in walking distance while a 1min path in the woods will get you under your umbrella by the sea! Il mare è accessibile a piedi percorrendo un sentiero privato di circa 150 metri che parte dal giardino della casa. La struttura è una villa bifamiliare costituita da due appartamenti con accesso indipendente disposti esclusivamente sul piano terra. La Casa al Mare, in Cavo d'Elba

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, consists of an open space with a terrace overlooking the waterfront, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, is located on the second floor and has a separate entrance. Built about a century ago as an annex of the nearby "castle" and for this reason called "Casa al mare" (House by the sea). The renovation and furnishing were completed in August 2021 and focused on pleasantness, comfort, ease of use, energy saving and environmental sustainability
