Family-friendly holiday rentals in Lido di Capoliveri

Beautiful place, loved the pool with lots of Sun loungers. Table tennis table, pool and swing helped to keep the kids entertained. The place was spotlessly clean and attention paid to details. Nice and quiet. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. As others have mentioned, there are a lot of cats! There is a smell of cat poo by the loungers in the grass, but if you stay at the loungers by the pool you can avoid it. There isn’t a lounge and the kitchen is a small area - but it was fine for cooking basic things and was very well equipped. The private veranda was lovely, however we were there in august and it was quite hot until later in the evening. If you don’t mind heat you will be fine. Superb place and I recommend!

Florence was an amazing host and her home is spectacular. My family and I had the best time . It is centrally located on the island to drive where ever you want to go. My 2 year old son was with us and there were all sorts of toys for him and things to explore. She even helped us book activities on the island and was always available to help. Grazie Mille Florence!!

Marco's apartment is has a wonderful garden and in the apartment is very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped, we found everything we needed. We did have a bit bad luck, as the weather in the middle of March was very cold (between 3 an 9 degrees only). The apartment does have a heating - the radiators are heated throught the fireplace. But it takes at least an hour until they get warm. However we would still recommend this apartment and might come again.

Everything was alright. Maura and Francesco were available whenever we needed. They helped us find a vet for our dog, brought a slide for the kids, recommended places on Elba. The house is clean, the plot is huge, the pool is amazing. Thank you

We spent a weekend in the Scarlino area and Stefano's house was a perfect solution for two families with small children. The center of Scarlino literally starts at the curve on which the house overlooks, and therefore can be reached on foot. The house is comfortable and we had a good time, check-in & out managed remotely and therefore simple and flexible, Stefano is very helpful and available when we had questions to ask (we also met him in person). Thank you for everything!

Wow. There aren’t really words to describe how beautiful the villa and its setting are. Roberto and Sofia were amazing. Everything you needed and more. We will most definitely return more than once. Wishing we were still there. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous home with us.

The accommodation is very nice with a great garden to linger in. Alessandra was very friendly and helpful and always easy to reach. The building with the accommodations is located in the middle of a beautiful campsite, but you don't notice much of it. 1 min on foot there is a great café and the beach can be reached via a footpath of about 5-10 min. As a suggestion for improvement, I would note that spices, oil, vinegar, dish towel and sponge were missing in the kitchen. I would actually expect this in a fully equipped kitchen. Otherwise, the kitchen was well equipped (dishes, pans, etc.).

Our stay at Concetta's apartment was absolutely wonderful! The location is truly perfect, nestled quietly on a beautiful hiking path in the hills between Porto Azzurro and Portoferraio. We loved the tranquility and easy access to nature. The apartment itself was spotless and charming, with a well-equipped kitchen that made cooking a breeze, and excellent Wi-Fi. Just a heads-up that towels and bed sheets are an extra cost, but this was a minor detail. The terrace and garden are definitely the highlight – we spent hours enjoying the incredible views of the hills and the sparkling bay. What really made our trip special, though, were Concetta and her son, who were incredibly warm and welcoming hosts. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Our dog also had a fantastic time and became fast friends with their lovely dog, Mocca! We were even surprised with delicious fresh veggies and herbs from Concetta's garden! Highly recommend for a relaxing and memorable Elba getaway!

I like this apartment very much, it’s in the Main Street. The only problem is shower room is bit too small. And Daria is a very friendly person.

I spent 14 days there and felt very comfortable from the beginning. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and responded quickly and supportively to questions. They were the best hosts I've had so far and I'd love to come back. The apartment is very clean and well equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker and washing machine. I also really appreciated that there were enough dishes and pans to cook something for myself. The small apartment with a covered seating area and small front garden is located on a quiet neighborhood street. The sea can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot. The path leads through the campsite along olive groves and vineyards. Nearby is a small shop where you can get everything you need and I also found some very good restaurants. At the beginning, the hosts gave me good tips about restaurants, hiking trails and excursion options. I had two wonderful weeks there.

The accommodation is simple but perfect. Giuliana and the whole family plus dog were very kind and warm. Communication before booking and especially on site was always nice and fast. The driveway is not easy and you cannot quickly walk into the village - but that is not necessary, because you have excellent wine, oil, jam, honey and vegetables virtually "at home". Overall a wonderful stay. Thank you Giuliana :)

A charming location, unique in its exclusivity. rejuvenating to the mind Generous spaces even for 4 people with a terrace that is worth the entire stay!!! I hope to visit Paola, an exquisite and helpful person again soon

The villa is delicious, tastefully furnished and really equipped with everything , it feels like it's at home The garden and terrace are beautiful , the enchanting view and ranges from Corsica ( you can see the sunset every night) to the island of Elba to the coasts of Italy The countless tables and lounge chairs make you enjoy every corner of the garden in a different way, the fence is very comfortable for those who have dogs ... mine had a great time and enjoyed the stay running and playing and it was very relaxing to know them safely Nearby there is a small grocery store and a bakery , Sant'Andrea is a very small village with a beautiful beach The caretaker and host are always available A truly memorable experience Thanks to the owners of the Villa who really thought of everything :)

Wonderful villa and grounds with private sea access and lounge area in the rocks. Tastefully renovated older villa, very attentive hosts who helped with any of the minor issues we had. Nice pellet oven was great as the weather was a bit cool. Wonderful place and view.

An extremely tranquil place to unwind, with an unmatched vista of the sea. We used to have a swim every morning and evening at the little beach below which is just lovely. The main bedroom is spacious and bright and with the windows open & the shutters closed there’s a lovely breeze through the night (in June). We cannot thank Gisella and indeed her sister Alberta enough for helping us when we lost our car keys on arrival. Giuseppe drove us into town late in the evening to have something to eat as we had nothing and was prepared to wait for us and bring us back. Their kindness was unmatched and when the keys were eventually located by Alberta’s torch in a scrubby bit of land they were nearly as happy as we were!😄 Thank you again.

A beautiful little oasis of tranquility. Like staying at a butterfly farm. Peaceful and tucked away with a fantastic pool.

We had a really wonderful stay at Petra’s house. Everything was as described, clean and super beautiful. The communication was proactive and very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and hopefully will be back :)

Il Casale di Giovanni is truly an oasis of peace and tranquility where you can recharge your batteries after a year of work. Just a 10-minute drive from the beautiful free or equipped beaches and numerous characteristic villages and hamlets that are worth a visit. The house is just like the description if not better, spacious and equipped with all the comforts. Giovanni is a punctual, precise and discreet host. In one word: super recommended!!

we had a great time, a relaxing bridge in nature a few km from the sea and services... Alessandro was a super present and very kind host, especially his father-in-law who gave us some private technical advice. A unique experience that is definitely repeatable thank you for your kindness and hospitality

The apartment is nicely located, overlooking the sea! There are also several pools in the complex, but they are only accessible from June 1st, was no problem...we went to the sea. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials, you can prepare small meals well.

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Bacci! The house and especially the phenomenal view are unique. A place where you can switch off and spend time with friends and family. The pool makes the house even more amazing. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful week in this charming bungalow and felt very comfortable from the beginning. The entire residential complex is quiet, clean and extremely well maintained – an ideal place to relax. The kitchen is excellently equipped; dishes, pots, cutlery and everything you need is available in sufficient quantity. We often and gladly used the pool - we only missed parasols there.
