The villa is located in Capo d'Arco, a vast private area 5 km from Porto Azzurro and 10 km from Rio Marina, which can only be accessed with permission. Very bright and overlooking the cliff, with a 180° sea view, the villa allows you to live outside, thanks to the large terrace equipped with a living area, 2 dining areas (one on the patio and one on the terrace overlooking the sea), and the magnificent private pool overlooking the bay. In the past, La Guardiola was placed to defend the entrance to Porto Azzurro from the sea. It had two key features: an extensive and dominant view and immediate access to the sea. Currently the property, owned by our family since 1994, is a 130 sqm independent villa, surrounded by a park of over 1,000 sqm.

The Tower above the sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.
