The two bedrooms have large ceiling fans and double beds. The full bathroom has a comfortable glass-enclosed shower. The outdoor pateo has a bioclimatic pergola furnished with table and chairs/lounge chairs Naregno beach, about 250 meters away, can be reached on foot. In the past, La Guardiola was placed to defend the entrance to Porto Azzurro from the sea. It had two key features: an extensive and dominant view and immediate access to the sea. La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.

Very close to the studio, 5/10 minutes on foot, there a pharmacy, an ATM, and a couple of supermarkets

In a suburban area but close to all the essential services, the "Casa Nicola" apartment has a single studio room with a bathroom and an outdoor area for lunch, a small barbecue and a sun lounger. The area is quite private, even with respect to my main home, and separated by vegetation and other features. As the exclusive outdoor space available to the apartment is not fenced, we will consider hosting small animals.
