A cosy apartment overlooking the sea and the landscapes of Porto Azzurro bay. There is a large balcony with a sun awning giving shade in the warmest seasons. A peaceful area in the countryside with good local facilities. It's great out of season too for walking or cycling. Its a sunny apartment but very cool inside. In the winter months there is heating. The apartment is on the ground floor but has a few steps to reach the apartment from the car park. There is also free parking facilities.

The two-room apartment is located on the first floor in a dominant position 300 meters from the beach in a splendid farmhouse of the early twentieth century just renovated that stands on a hill, surrounded by nature between the Natural Park of the Dunes of Lacona and an organic farm with vineyards, olive groves and fruit trees, restaurant with children's area and hot tub. 600 meters away you can reach the center of Lacona with a minimarket, ice cream parlors, pizzerias and restaurants.

Our apartment is located on the seafront of Porto Azzurro: the large living room window is a picture that changes continuously depending on the time of day, the wind, the season. From winter to summer, you never get tired of sitting on the balcony and admiring the sea: the boats that enter the port or leave for their journey, the people, the tourists, the fishermen... After a few days, you too will have learned to recognize them and they will keep you company on your vacation

The large living room/kitchen overlooks a wonderful sea view, facing west, therefore exposed to the sunset. The decor of the house is modern and tasteful.

The 40 m² apartment directly above the sea is in a quiet location, just 70 m from the beach promenade of Marciana Marina and a few meters to the beaches of the village. The house is located in the ancient district. Cinema set for the episodes of 'Delikte des Barlume,' an Italian crime series set in the heart of Tuscany. The designer apartment with very high ceilings was completely restored as a loft in 2023 and comfortably furnished.
