Dieses wunderschöne Terrassenhaus (mit Klimaanlage) ist perfekt für einen Strandurlaub. Aufgrund der unmittelbaren Nähe bieten sich auch Ausflüge nach Venedig an. Man erreicht Venedig in 45 Minuten mit Bus und Schiff. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen, grünen Ferienhausanlage mit zwei Pools (geöffnet Mitte Mai - Mitte September) und ist nur ca. 300 Meter vom Meer entfernt. Der private Garten mit seiner großen, wunderschönen Dachterrasse lädt zum entspannen und sonnenbaden ein.

The bus stop for the train station and city center is just a few meters from the house. Venice can be reached in 40 minutes by train.
