Alles war prima. Unsere Fragen rund um Unternehmungen oder anderes wurden immer top beantwortet. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und das Haus hat alles was man benötigt um dort zu kochen und zu verweilen. Der Pool war unser Highlight. Alles ist sehr charmant eingerichtet und liebevoll gestaltet.

Traumhaft schönes Landhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage. Großer Pool. Sehr gepflegte Gartenanlage mit hüfthohen, duftenden Rosmarinstauden. Innen geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Einziger Nachteil: viele Stechmücken.

Ce logement est un vrai petit coin de paradis au milieu des champs. Nous avons été séduits dès l'allée menant à la propriété. Et encore plus en la découvrant. Le jardin est sublime. La dépendance dans laquelle nous avons logé est très jolie, les photos ne lui rendent pas justice. Pour le reste : la cuisine au top pour cuisiner et manger sur place, la salle de bain juste comme il faut avec le nécessaire (sèche cheveux), la literie est confortable ! Il y avait de quoi petit déjeuner, au top ! La piscine était encore un peu fraîche à cette période, mais elle est grande, c'est super pour nager un peu ou simplement s'amuser 😊 Nous n'avons pas visiter les alentours, mais il y a quelques restaurants et un commerce de proximité pour y faire des courses. Enfin un petit mot pour nos hôtes : accueillants, chaleureux, charmants, à l'écoute et disponibles si besoin. Au top ! Si vous voulez des vacances au calme dans un beau cadre, allez-y sans hésiter!

Christina und ihr Mann haben uns herzlich empfangen. Wirklich sehr sympathische Personen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Der Strand ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Wir waren eine Woche bei Tiziana zu Gast, die Unterkunft ist perfekt geeignet mit Hund, das Meer ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, die Gegend ist sehr schön und es gibt viele tolle Restaurants in der Nähe. Tiziana ist eine tolle Gastgeberin war immer sofort erreichbar und immer hilfsbereit. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen bei ihr eine Auszeit zu nehmen und die Gegend und die Unterkunft zu genießen!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa villa a Conventello per qualche giorno e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è moderna e completa di tutto, ma quello che abbiamo apprezzato di più è stato il grande giardino curato e lo spazio esterno, perfetto per rilassarsi in tranquillità. La zona è molto silenziosa ma comunque comoda per raggiungere il mare e le città vicine. Ideale per staccare un po’ e godersi la natura.

Zeer mooi en ruim huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles was ook netjes schoon. Het zwembad en de airco zijn een verademing in de warmte. Zwembad werd ook keurig bijgehouden. Leuke aankleding bij het zwembad met zitjes en en ligbedden beschikbaar. Je hoort inderdaad de nabij gelegen weg, maar wij vonden dat niet storend. De communicatie met de verhuurder was super. Ze gaven leuke en goede tips voor uitjes en voorzieningen en hielpen zelfs met een ontstoken muggenbeet. Er is van alles te doen in de omgeving, maar niet super toeristisch. En de hondjes Susie en Mila zijn echt hartstikke lief. De geitjes, kippen en gans pasten helemaal in het landelijke gebied. Dank voor het aangename verblijf!

This is a very clean and comfortable flat in the centre of Forli, just steps away from Corso della Repubblica. It's a 25 minutes' walk or a very short taxi ride from the train station. The communication with Gian Luca was smooth quick, I felt well looked after. The flat is very well kept, there are amenities as well as special details on the part of the hosts that made my stay pleasant and comfortable. The area in front of the flat is well lit at night, which made me feel safe, as well as there being cameras on the outside and the owner living nearby. The bed was comfortable. There was hardly any traffic in the street, however there were occasionally loud passers-by at night who disturbed me as I'm a light sleeper, but no major noises.

La Casetta Rossa offre una posizione strategica per accedere alla via ciclabile lungo il Po. È l’ideale per chi vuole visitare la foce del Po ma nello stesso tempo rilassarsi. Infatti è immersa nel verde e molto silenziosa. Comodissimi i letti king-size. Locali molto ampi.

Soggiorno molto breve ma piacevolissimo. L'accoglienza è stata puntuale e cordiale, la posizione è molto comoda per visitare Bologna e i suoi dintorni. La casa è ampia, confortevole e perfettamente attrezzata. Veramente incantevole

Es ist ein charmantes kleines Haus. Sehr schön gelegen. Ein Bäcker ist direkt nebenan. In 15Min. ist man in Chioggia zu Fuß. Quasi vor der Haustür kann man mit "Raffaelo" nach Venedig per Schiff oder Busse auch direkt da. Cristian hat uns kostenlos folgendes zur Verfügung gestellt: Cola, Kaffee, Nudeln, Öl, verpackte Crossaints, Kekse, 1x Tomatensoße, Wein, Handtücher, Klopapier, Handtücher und noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Es gibt 2 Fernseher mit Netflix und Prime. Leider ist das Internet nicht so gut, aber das war es auch an "negativem". Cristian war immer leicht erreichbar. Meine Kinder haben leider etwas beschädigt, aber Cristian war weder sauer noch wollte er Geld. Ich hoffe er war mit uns genauso zufrieden wie wir mit ihm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und danke nochmal für den Parkplatz und die Möglichkeit erst am Abend auszuchecken statt in der Früh. Die Lage ist wirklich toll dort. Man hat seine Ruhe, ist aber sehr zentral.

Casa curata e carina corrispondente alla descrizione. Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario e oltre. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Nei dintorni sono presenti ottimi ristoranti e la casa è a pochi passi dal mare. La zona è tranquilla. Unica pecca: la scala esterna per raggiungere il piano superiore, ma questo non ha impedito di goderci il soggiorno Davvero consigliata

Que dire , tout était parfait, Claudio adorable, la maison est parfaite, belle et agréable à vivre , il ne manque rien tout est très bien équipé et très propre , il ne manque rien. La maison est située près de grandes villes italiennes , FERRARE , BOLOGNE, VERONE, VENISE, le lac de garde et un cout de coeur pour la magnifique ville de PADOUE. Merci encore, et on espère à bientot Eric et Christèle , HYPSO le westie et SACHA le chat ( nos animaux valident également leur séjour ) VIVA ITALIA :)))

The flat is great and the location is simply top. Everything is just like on the photos. The kitchen has everything needed for cooling and a solid stock of coffee. The small garden is great for kids to run about. The bicycles are nice and working but not for smaller kids unfortunately. Well, you can't have absolutely everything) Rather difficult to find a free parking spot nearby, but the paid one is easy to find and not too expensive. All in all we are very happy with our stay. The price is just right too. Highly recommended!

Wie kann man diesen Platz, diese Idylle beschreiben.? Giovanni ist ein Herzensguter Mensch. Er kümmert sich täglich um Otello und die 2 Katzen/ Kater❤️ und seine Gäste. Alle Beschreibungen der Vormieter stimmen wir zu. Dieser Platz ist „magisch“. Ein absoluter Ort für Entspannung. Und die Gegend bietet so viele Möglichkeiten Dinge zu entdecken. Ich empfehle das Buch von Goivanni. Selbst die kleine Kurzfassung auf ChatGPT macht Lust die Dinge zu entdecken. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen. Und ich hoffe, dass alle nachfolgenden Gäste dieses Haus wie ihr Eigenes behüten. So etwas findet man nicht allzu oft in Italien. Wer mal einen weiteren Ausflug machen möchte, dem empfehlen wir die wunderschöne Stadt mit ihren Mosaiken Ravenna. Auch ein Besuch am Strand von Lido di Classe. Dort ist man zu 99,5% unter Italiener und kann in Richtung Naturstrand laufen. Bologna ist eine hektische Stadt. Dann eher Faenza erkunden. Der Markt ist sehr schön. Und natürlich Brisighella.

Tutto benissimo! Fedora gentilissima, ci ha accolto e dato delle dritte. L' appartamento praticamente nuovo, luminoso, grande e pulitissimo

Manu and Manu’s house is fantastic and they are the perfect hosts. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it. If anything the photos and description don’t do justice to the quality of the apartment which is totally private and self-contained with the added bonus of Manu and Manu being downstairs for friendly conversation and advice, Manuela’s delicious cake and breakfast supplies each day, and Emanuele’s expertise in the local environment. A great place and lovely people.

Прекрасный дом с двумя большими террасами, грилем и большим столом на улице. В доме есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. В жаркую погоду очень помогает кондиционер, он стоит на кухне, но охлаждает весь дом. Квартира рядом с морем и недалеко от хороших ресторанов. Спасибо большое за гостеприимство!)

perfetto su ogni punto di vista

Casa come da descrizione e foto, siamo stati benissimo. Gli spazi sono ampi, c’è tutto l’indispensabile per una vacanza di più giorni. Con le biciclette in dotazione si può raggiungere il mare in pochi minuti. Lo consiglio a chi ha bambini piccoli ! La famiglia che ospita è sempre pronta ad aiutare in caso di bisogno…

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo B&B immerso nel verde e nella tranquillità più assoluta. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande calore e disponibilità: l’ospitalità è stata davvero impeccabile. La struttura è curata nei dettagli, pulita e perfettamente inserita nella natura circostante, ideale per chi cerca relax lontano dal caos. Il silenzio che circonda il posto rende il riposo ancora più piacevole. Pulizia eccellente! Consigliatissimo a chi vuole staccare la spina e godersi un angolo di pace autentica!
