Sunny and spacious home on the water with linens, AC, EV Charger, dock and roof patio. Home has modern appliances, bbq, fire pit, washer and dryer, as well as cookware, and dinnerware. Each bedroom includes private bath with shower and 2 have tubs. Master BR has private patio with great views. "Elderly friendly" with easy access. Also has a fully furnished large patio for a bbq dinner in paradise. Across the street is the Pavilions supermarket and minutes away from great restaurants and cafes. There is a new floor ac unit in the living room in case it gets too warm but temp rarely breaks 80 on Balboa.

This is a classic 1960's beach house with new windows, doors, floors, kitchen, bathrooms, paint, furnishings, appliances - you name it. We are super proud of the finished look and know it will make a wonderful home away from home! Style is an eclectic mix of beachy mid-century (read: FUN). Must be 25 to book; booker must also stay. Do not book this for your kids. Owner managed with attention to detail.
