Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche mit vier Erwachsenen und zwei Babys in der schönen Unterkunft verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, der Garten wunderschön und großzügig, der Blick sagenhaft und die Ruhe ein Genuss. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und die Kommunikation war während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr schnell und hilfreich - auch bezüglich Tipps für Restaurants oder Ausflugsziele. Wir kommen gerne wieder, herzlichen Dank!

Roland’s place is nestled in a quiet spot off of a quiet road with spectacular views of vineyards and the Alps. The place is well appointed and restaurants and tasting rooms are but a short drive away. Highly recommended!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la yourte de Julien. Le logement est dans un espace à l'écart, dans la nature ce qui offre un dépaysement reposant. C'était la 1ère fois que nous passions une nuit dans une yourte, nous avons apprécié cette expérience originale. Merci Julien pour le trajet en 4x4 entre le parking et la yourte, c'était bien pratique pour les bagages, et les enfants ont bien aimé ! Nous avons pu nous promener à proximité, le cadre est magnifique. Merci aussi Julien de nous avoir fait découvrir votre passion pour la nature et les abeilles, nous avons bien apprécié de pouvoir visiter la miellerie et goûter plusieurs de vos miels. Bon continuation et à une prochaine fois peut-être.

Simply unbelievable – a secluded haven with everything you'd want from a holiday home in the Italian countryside. We spent 6 days with our two young kids at Monica's place, and had one of the best holidays ever. The house is beautiful, well-equipped and charming, and the views are out of this world. Sunset out of the bedroom window will stay with me forever! Then there's the gardens - lots of room for kids to run around in complete safety, with a large infinity pool (cold in May, but still enjoyed every day by us and the kids… the view was so beautiful I proposed to my fiancee there 🥳), and also a playground and outdoor bowls lane. There's an excellent restaurant within 5 minutes walk, but Sillico is a quiet, beautiful medieval hamlet and not much more – be aware that to get anywhere you'll need to drive 12 minutes down quite a narrow twisty road. It didn't bother me, but just something to be aware of for less confident drivers. Overall: one of the best places I've ever stayed!

A little paradise in Tuscany with the most breathtaking view. We spend alot of the days at the house, swimming in the pool, cooking and generally feeling at home! They surprised us with fresh cherries 🍒 a few times and were happy to explain the beautiful routes you can walk around. We will def be back! ❤️

Die hier angebotene Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Juwel. Der Weg dorthin ist etwas holprig, aber selbst mit unserem Fiat Panda war es kein Problem dorthin zu kommen. Die Aussicht und der Blick auf das Meer und auf Korsika ist wirklich unbeschreiblich. Wer Ruhe sucht wird sie hier finden, es gibt keine Nachbarn. Dafür mehrere Katzen, Hunde und eine sehr zutrauliche und anhängliche Eseldame. Isa und ihr Mann sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, gut erreichbar und lassen den Gästen ihre Privatsphäre, was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen. Danke, dass wir zu Gast sein durften.

Nous avons passé un moment inoubliable dans ce cadre idyllique avec une vue superbe sur la ville de Grasse au lointain.… Une petite maison de poupée parfaitement agencée et très bien tenue nous attendait dans ce sublime jardin de poète débordant de fleurs et de chants d’oiseaux ..Dormir la fenêtre grande ouverte sur la nature est un luxe qui nous a enchanté… Nous recommandons à 300% ce lieu et reviendrons avec grand plaisir et pour bien plus longtemps j’espère ! PS : Olivier et son épouse sont des personnes charmantes et très sympathiques qui nous ont parfaitement conseillé sur les visites et restaurants alentour. Une escale à ne rater sous aucun prétexte !!! Que du bonheur !!!!

Vores ophold i Julias hus, var intet mindre end fantastisk! Julia var en meget gæstfri og hjælpsom vært. Både i kommunikationen inden vi kom og undervejs i vores ophold. Huset ligger fantastik smukt, og fra terrassen havde vi den skønneste udsigt over Toscanas smukke landskab. Her var det skønneste liv af cikader, kvækkende frøer og smukke ildfluer. Huset er meget charmerende. 2 skønne soveværelser med hvert sit badeværelse og en helt unik seng. Så god at vi må anskaffe os en magen til herhjemme. Køkkenet var virkelig godt udstyret og havde alt hvad vi havde brug for. Julia var så sød at låne mig en blender mens vi var der. 1000 tak Julia for at være med til at gøre vores ferie så vellykket og dejlig. Vi vil med stor glæde gerne vende tilbage igen

Our stay was fantastic! As a couple needing a break from a long start to the year, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax. Nestled in between fields and olive trees, we felt completely at home, the view from the deck was stunning and listening to the different sounds at night, from our private hot tub with a bottle of wine was perfect! We made several day trips to Volterra, Lucca and even Florence from the cabin, though definitely wake up early if you’re planning to venture further out! Would definitely recommend hiring a car if you’re going to stay here! 10 out of 10 stay! Thanks Pino!

Fabrizio et son épouse nous ont accueillis chaleureusement, ils ont été très disponibles et discrets. L'appartement tout neuf avec une terrasse est impeccablement propre, et rien ne manque. La vue est très apaisante dans la campagne arborée et fleurie, et la piscine très belle et propre. Petit plus, leur vin est très bon, Nous recommandons !!

We had an amazing stay at Michael's place. It was beautiful, nicely equipped, super quiet and perfect for some relaxing days in this fantastic wine region.

We had a wonderful stay! The welcome was warm and thoughtful, and the space was spotless and very well equipped. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking and added something truly special to our long weekend. The location was perfect for exploring the neighboring villages, making it an ideal base for our trip. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

We had a truly lovely stay at Cascina Marenco, the site and the house are beautiful! They put a lot of effort in creating nice places to hang around in the garden, with quality furniture and shading. The garden is just magical! The appartment is traditional, cosy and charming and offers everything you could wish for. Evenings on the terrace are lovely, with a breathtaking view over the valley. Stefano and Valentina are the kindest people, they are super helpfull and think along: they arranged some extra baby stuff for us which was really great and sweet. Thank you, we would definitely visit again!

We enjoyed our stay with Angelo. His property is beautiful and very comfortable. We had a wonderful wine tasting with Angelo and purchased several to enjoy in our rooms and at the beautiful swimming pool. The location was very easy to drive to wineries and restaurants. Would highly recommend this property.

A beautiful house and location, with all the facilities you need. Very friendly host who met us on arrival and was always available to answer any questions we had, the house was clean and tidy inside and the private garden & pool was so peaceful. We had a lovely dinner in their restaurant and were made to feel so welcome, if we return to Metato we will definitely stay here again!

This beautiful property on the outskirts of Lucca was perfect for our 3 couples. Driving our large van was a challenge on the small roads, but the countryside was beautiful and quiet.

Nous avons adoré le logement d’Alessandro! Les pièces sont très grandes et toujours remplies d’une luminosité magnifique. Aucune photo ne peut rendre justice à la beauté des paysages environnants! Grand stationnement et belles commodités. Logement idéal pour voyager avec des enfants. Alessandro a été un hôte chaleureux et accueillant. Endroit paisible, idéal comme camp de base pour découvrir la magnifique région du Piedmont!

An incredible place to stay - peaceful, private and incredibly luxurious. We loved spending time at the Giovanni’s place - and also found it to be perfectly located for exploring the surrounding area. Highly recommend this!

La Casa del Capitano è un posto che fa riconciliare con il mondo. Vi si vive la Bellezza per occhi, spirito e mente. I panorami sono mozzafiato, la vista da ogni finestra è un quadro e la pace e la tranquillità sono garantite. Gli host hanno realizzato un capolavoro ristrutturando la casa: hanno rispettato la struttura originale aggiungendo ogni comfort possibile. Andrea e Michael sono gentilissimi, hanno anticipato ogni nostra possibile necessità, ci hanno fatto trovare fiori freschi ed erbe profumate in ogni stanza, frutta fresca e tutto il necessario per "far partire" la cucina (olio, sale, spezie, ecc.). Per un disguido tecnico, per un giorno non abbiamo potuto usare la Jacuzzi e ci hanno offerto una cena per scusarsi. Non abbiamo mai trovato host di questo livello. Speriamo di poter tornare a riprendere quei pezzi di cuore che abbiamo lasciato alla Casa del Capitano.

We stayed as a couple for two nights. Reaching the apartment involves a 10-minute walk from the public parking area along a steadily ascending stone path, followed by three steep staircases inside the building to reach the bedroom. Just be mindful of how much luggage you bring. Maybe it makes sense to visit the apartment first without luggage? Everything was described in perfect detail and worked seamlessly. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with every modern comfort. The Wi-Fi was stable. Maria was an outstanding host – quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and genuinely attentive. Her communication style is straightforward and warm. We felt completely safe and welcomed. It’s the perfect place to relax and explore. Thank you, Maria, for creating such a lovely base within that unforgettable setting. We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already dreaming of coming back.

Die Ferienwohnung und das gesamte Anwesen sind wirklich wunderschön. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig und alles ist blitzsauber. Der Garten und die Terrassen sind traumhaft, rundherum eine tolle Aussicht mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Kühlschrank gefüllt mit leckeren Sachen für das Frühstück. Christina ist eine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und schön. Wir haben ein paar sehr schöne Tage dort verbracht und können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen, der Ort ist wirklich etwas besonderes!

Buongiorno, location bellissima in mezzo alle colline e ai vigneti; il panorama garantisce una magnifica sensazione di spensieratezza. Giardino grande, con possibilità di usare un bel barbecue, e piscina molto funzionale. La casa è grande, dotata di molte stanze con letti comodi. I proprietari sono molto affabili, ospitali e simpatici; da ciò deriva forse l'unica osservazione: erano talmente tanto disponibili che, a volte, potevano sembrare un po' troppo presenti, ma sicuramente ciò veniva fatto in maniera bonaria. A noi non ha dato per nulla fastidio, però altri ospiti, che vogliono totale privacy, potrebbero trovare questa presenza quasi invasiva. Voto 9!
