Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Lincoln Beach

This is the second time we've stayed in Chris's home. This unit is completely stocked with everything you would need for cooking and comfortable bedding. We saw whales right in front of the unit. Once again, thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will definitely be back again.

Here’s a polished version of your review: ⸻ We had a great stay in Pacific City! The host was incredibly friendly and communicated clearly throughout our visit. Instructions were easy to follow, and we especially appreciated the super simple checkout process—other than taking out the trash, there wasn’t much else required. The house was spotless, and the beds were extremely comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Speaking of the beach, it’s just a short walk away. It’s worth noting that you’ll need to climb a large sand dune to reach the shore, but trust me, the views are absolutely worth the effort. All in all, a wonderful experience—highly recommend!

My husband and I met our friends for a 20th anniversary trip in Pacific City. We can’t say enough about this house, the location and the host. The views were amazing from inside and from the deck! We saw whales and sea lions. The beach walks and sunsets were incredible. The house was super comfortable and had everything we needed for amazing stay. Todd and Katie were super responsive and helped us with many local recommendations. They even helped us celebrate our anniversary in a special way! Our first trip to the Oregon coast didn’t disappoint.. especially because of Pacific City and this Airbnb!

We stayed at the Sea Salt Forest with our family for our daughter’s Master’s graduation, and it was nothing short of magical. The home is cozy and peaceful, tucked into the forest, yet close enough to feel the ocean breeze. It was perfect for our large family (including our sweet pup 🐾), with space to relax, reconnect, and celebrate. We made beautiful memories exploring tide pools, watching sunsets, cooking delicious meals, and savoring slow mornings on the deck with the most amazing coffee. The sauna and hot tub were just what we needed to unwind. The house had everything we could have wanted and more. The hosts were so kind and responsive — there when I ran out of paper towels, needed batteries, or even broke a light 🙈 If you’re looking for a peaceful, grounding place that lets you breathe deeper and soak in the magic of the coast… this is it. We’re so grateful for our time here, and we can’t wait to go back!

This is by far the best home we’ve ever stayed at! Right on the beach in a peaceful neighborhood-many times I was the only one on the beach-Easy level path right to the sand from the yard-Beautiful furnished home with soft bed linens & towels-Great comfy leather couch & relining chairs to look out spacious windows to the beach-especially nice when you just want to relax and watch the waves-The beds were especially comfy and the home was the cleanest I’ve ever seen-lots of everything you would need in the kitchen-we had fresh crab, clams and smoked salmon…a seafood delight! Teri was so kind and responsive that she made you feel very welcome and more like a good friend-The home is minutes to Pacific City so venture out to the Pelican Brewery Restaurant-the best fish & chips and chowder ever-be sure to shop the little stores and visit the Greatful Bread-best fresh bakery I ended up going twice too-Such a wonderful home we hated to leave-Thank You Terri for having us!

Steps away from beach access to the west and the main LC drag to the east. Cozy old school Oregon Coast cottage. Secure fenced in backyard for your dog. Really a convenient spot in the heart of town.

The studio was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. You cannot beat the views or the location. Easily walkable to beach access, restaurants, and shops. Check in was easy, Randy gave helpful directions that left us without question.

My new husband and I were so excited about this space. It had everything we needed for the week. waking up on the beach was amazing and being able to relax in the hot tub watching the ocean was a dream. The restaurants were close by along with the outlet mall and shops. This location is now on our favorites list. Thank you for the stay.

MO’s space was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well-stocked with clean, new equipment needed for cooking. It ha plenty of nice utensils and dishes. It was very easy to keep clean. The bathroom seemed very clean to me. The bath towels were clean, soft (and absorbent! ) There is plenty of room to spread out in the space and plenty of storage room. The location is in a quiet spot that has a rural feel, but conveniently near both Newport and Waldport…. just a few minutes drive either way. There is so much to do in that area, It would be easy to stay busy for several weeks! I very much enjoyed meeting MO and his dog. I felt safe as a single female traveler.

We stayed in Unit 12 on the second floor. The huge, attached patio had a wonderful view of the ocean even though there were other houses nearby. The floor plan was very spacious and comfortably furnished for our party of four (+dog). The kitchen had everything we needed. Lisa was available and on site for anything we needed. The whole place was clean and comfortable. I would say the only drawbacks would be there was only one bathroom and the closest beach access was a little challenging for someone who might not be in great shape. Although, there was easier beach access on the next street over which was a pleasant enough stroll. All in all, we had a wonderful time at Beachcombers… we really felt at home which made our vacation especially relaxing.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place on the coast. I’ve visited the coast a lot and have found most places sub par, but this exceeded all expectations. It was clean, well stocked, and the location was excellent! My only complaint is some minor street noise, but it wouldn’t stop me from returning. We will absolutely be back!

We had a wonderful stay! It has a beautiful view with the beach and ocean right out the window and an easy walk to town and beach! Fantastic stay all around!

Nice little 1 bed condo. Located on the 1st floor so you don't have to climb up any stairs. Lovely little balcony where you can sit and enjoy the little stream that runs along the complex. Walking distance to the Cafe at Hawk Creek with wonderful food. There is also a little store nearby or other necessities. It was nice and quiet and very peaceful.

We added 2 extra days to our stay!! The view is beautiful and the beds are comfortable. We liked the low fully enclosed balcony and how it was higher off the ground for a ground floor unit. Possibly 2 feet high. Would work nice for those with young children for safety. We kept the windows open to allow airflow with no AC and felt safe due to the patio being enclosed as well. Some of the other ground floor units are walk out patios and I would not have liked that. Jeannine gifted a bottle of wine and left some great suggestions that we appreciated. The condo has everything you need with many extras in the pantry and front closet. I was pleasantly surprised. It took a few days to spot a whale, but the included binoculars and telescope in the condo was very helpful when we finally did. Pro tip, watch for all the tour boats to gather in one area, it means something has been spotted. Great tide pooling at Fogarty beach(2 miles up the road)during low tide even without a negative low tide

We had a wonderful stay in Neskowin—our second time in this rental, and it was just as perfect as we remembered. The home was clean, cozy, and right on the beach. Morning coffee on the deck, with the ocean in view and the sound of waves crashing, was pure bliss. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. Peaceful location, beautiful surroundings, and great communication with the host—we’d love to come back again!

The Driftwood condo is an amazing space! The apartment itself is very nice and super conveniently located in Nye Beach, and it’s very clean and well decorated. This is the most young-child friendly place I’ve ever stayed, tons of thoughtful amenities from a crib with a rocker near it for nursing to a high chair and bin of books. We plan to come back!

Thanks to good communication, the one big hitch was thankfully resolved. Although the itinerary warns not to turn the heat higher than 65, housekeeping had turned it to 70 and on our arrival day, this nice day at the coast made it 78 degrees inside. With no AC, we were left with opening windows, a couple fans and cross-ventilation. Which, once we realized the bay windows had screens on them (on the bottom), we were able to cool the room to "just right". All this worked out because of good communication, which always wins the day in my book. Truth be told, all that initial heat tainted our experience some, but in the end, it (and the rest of our experience!) was excellent. Beautiful views out the back, easy access to the beach. Saw a bald eagle there. And to top it off, somebody shot off gorgeous fireworks from the beach on our last light, really nice ones like you usually have to pay to see!

Very nice, clean and large condo. It’s right in the middle of town ( in a good way), so you can walk to restaurants or drive if you prefer. The mattress and couch were extremely comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the sunset views were spectacular! There is private beach stairs for the building, be advised that staying here involves a lot of stairs ( up to the condo or down to the beach), so bring some good shoes and a sweater. We loved the condo and would definitely return.
