Forget your worries in this beautiful place, located next to the owner's house but totally independent. Quiet, at the edge of the pine forest, you can enjoy the pool from June to October if the weather permits. The ocean is about 6 km away, a bike path takes you there, 500 m from the studio. The town center and its shops are 1.5 km away but 100 m away, across the street you will find Florian the market gardener and his good garden produce as well as regional products.

The bike path at 50m will allow you to reach the huge beaches in a few minutes (1.5km). You can enjoy with friends or family a spacious villa (3 bedrooms) and a large terrace (garden furniture). 6 km from the Atlantic Ocean, in the heart of the forest, you will find a small diamond of 70 hectares: Les Villages sous les Pins. The 25m² adjoining cottage has been renovated in a marine spirit and opens directly from the terrace to the pine forest!
