It is in a quiet location on the ground floor of a detached house on the Rhine height surrounded by Siebengebirge, Westerwald, the idyllic Wiedbach Valley and the romantic Rhine Valley. Cities such as Koblenz, Bonn or Cologne are as easy to reach as the wine region of the Middle Rhine and the Ahr as well as numerous cycling and hiking trails (Westerwaldsteig, Rheinsteig, Siebengebirge).

Minimum stay: 3 days, on request if necessary 2 days in the winter months.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

In addition, the Westerwald, the Ahr, the Eifel, Phantasialand or Cologne are ideal for excursions. We are happy to give tips!

Whether an evening walk or enjoying nature, the immediate proximity to the Rhine offers a true relaxation factor. The beautiful new building apartment (53m²) on the ground floor is within walking distance of the old town of Linz. It has two rooms with box spring bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. A small balcony and car parking space is present. The kitchen has a stove with an oven, mini fridge, coffee maker and kettle. The living room is equipped with a cable TV. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Our fine apartment directly in the nature reserve pampers you with sun from morning to evening, views of horse pastures, Löwenburg and Ölberg. Out the door, hiking shoes on and explore!
