Enjoy life at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The historic city center is very close and can be explored directly on foot. The Wall, the retail park and Mittelstraße are about 200 m away. The EauLe (swimming pool & sauna) is also less than 700 meters away. Free parking is available as well as a private entrance to the apartment and access to the garden and terrace. This small studio apartment is surrounded by greenery. Lovingly furnished, two people can relax here or set off for activities in the area. The living room can currently be heated with an oven. In the bathroom there is a towel heater. The Teutoburg Forest is very close and the R1 bike path leads directly past the house.
