In a quiet location ten minutes from the ocean and three minutes from the city center of Lit et Mixe by car, our two cottages "Les Coquillages" welcome you in the green setting of our garden. Both cottages are air-conditioned, equipped with a flat screen, Wi-Fi and an independent bathroom with shower and toilet. These two-person accommodations also have an equipped kitchen area, as well as a private terrace that is not overlooked. You have access to a heated pool in the summer.

Forget your worries in this beautiful place, located next to the owner's house but totally independent. Quiet, at the edge of the pine forest, you can enjoy the pool from June to October if the weather permits. The ocean is about 6 km away, a bike path takes you there, 500 m from the studio. The town center and its shops are 1.5 km away but 100 m away, across the street you will find Florian the market gardener and his good garden produce as well as regional products.

“Maison Dodo” is located in the residence "Village Océlandes" just 9 km from the beach. It has 1 room and an open mezzanine on the upper floor and on the ground floor a spacious living room, kitchen with dining area and a bathroom. The beautiful garden faces south, with a fantastic view of the countryside - therefore very quiet. The house lacks nothing: Wi-Fi, TV, dishwasher, espresso machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, iron/board...etc.

Great activities on tap: cycling, trekking in the natural reserve of Huchet, surf, paddleboard on the scenic streams or simply enjoy the sun with a good book :)

The studio is next to my main house (shared garden and pool). It is located in a quiet area. Possibility also to use the outdoor kitchen with plancha and the swimming pool. 10 minute walk from the village center and 7 km from the beaches. Ideal to unwind.
