Lovely Flat with Private Garden, Prague

We are offering an entire, newly renovated flat with its own entrance, garden, terrace and garage in a family house in Prague 6. We are situated in a beautiful valley within the Sarka nature reserve, great for walks, cycling and running. 8 minutes by bus to the hip area of Dejvice and 4 kms to the Prague Castle and the historical centre. A short drive from the Prague airport, and close to Prague Zoo, this is a perfect place to stay to discover the beauty of this city and relax in nature.

Attic Apartment

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Large flat is placed in the city center, it´s a perfect point to set off to anywhere you want. It is 4 floor without lift in old house. At distanc to 500m there are several good restaurants, supermarket, caffei, information center, public tranasport, Děčín´s castle, gardens and big madow where you can relax. Just 5 minutes walk and you can try famous Děčín´s via ferrata with more then 10 ways up. Equipment for via ferrata adventure you can rent near there.

Apartment with alpine hut in the beautiful Erzgebirge

A ground floor apartment with a special relaxing effect. The apartment, which is over 50 m², offers everything you need to switch off for a few days/weeks. The fireplace in the living room contributes to the cozy atmosphere in the evening. As a small special feature, our alpine hut is located directly in the garden of our property. Nearby there are many good viewing platforms from which you can see a wonderful view over parts of the Osterz Mountains.

Osobitost apartmánu podtrhují původní klenby a designový interiér. V blízkém okolí naleznete restaurace, kavárny i obchod s potravinami (30m). Auto lze zaparkovat na placeném parkovišti přímo u apartmánu, dlouhodobější stání doporučujeme u autobusového a vlakového nádraží (500 m) za 10 Kč na den.

Flat in the center of the town under Via ferrata

This flat is situated near the center of Decin - just 1.2km from the train station and only 700m from the main square, 200m under the gorgeous view - Pastyrska stena with a popular Via ferrata. Near the flat there is a rental shop for bicycles, boats and via ferrata equipment. Across the river Elbe there is Decin Castle and a platform for a shuttle steamboat to Hrensko, which is the turistic center of Bohemian Switzerland National Park.

Ideální volba pro ty, kteří nevyžadují absolutní ticho a zároveň hledají příjemné, klidné ubytování v přírodě u řeky .Využívat můžete venkovní pergolu, houpací lavici, celou zahradu, lehátka..V sezóně si můžete natrhat naše bylinky, rozdělat si oheň, nebo si půjčit gril.

Up to 4 people can enjoy their relaxing vacation in the apartment. It is about 32 square meters and includes a living/sleeping room equipped with underfloor heating, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a small kitchen and another bedroom (also ideal for one to two children). A delicious breakfast can be served for an extra charge of €12.00 per person.
