Despite the small turbulence at check-in, the apartment is in a perfect location. Close to lake, shops, restaurants. Everything was as described, well-maintained, well-equipped and clean apartment. Recommended.

Fantastic accommodation on the side of Lake Molveno

The apartment was great, everything worked out perfectly with Arianna. The location is great, so it's perfect for surfing right on the water. I have rarely taken a vacation in such a beautiful and clean apartment! Glad to come back!

The owner Laura is an extremely friendly and helpful person. Warm, cozy and comfortable apartment, a small jewel. Relaxing vacation in a charming corner of the lake with private beach and mountain for walks. Another aspect not to underestimate the friendliness of the neighborhood. I am very satisfied with the experience that I really recommend it from the heart ❤️

We stayed the week of New Year's with our dog. The accommodation perfectly matches the description. Quiet and perfect location for those seeking relaxation and tranquility. The host was very kind and available for any need. We'll be happy to come back.

Great stay with family and dog. Great communication. House and garden for one and even an extra fenced garden area for dogs. Opposite is the wonderfully refreshing lake, and the dog beach is also right on site. We did great hikes, jogged around the lake and enjoyed swimming in the clear Ledrosee. The house has everything you need. You usually stay outside anyway.

We really liked the apartment with regard to the lake and met our expectations. Bettina is an attentive host, communicating with her easily and quickly. On site, a very friendly point of contact will be available for all questions. We will definitely return in any case.

The apartment is small but nice. Perfectly decorated, offers plenty of storage space and contains everything you need. We felt very comfortable and would book Elena's apartment again.

It was the first that with my family, I looked into the world of trekking and having two young girls (respectively 6 and 3 years old), I was looking for a fairly autonomous solution that would allow me to try to make nice excursions, but at the same time spend good moments of tranquility. Well, from Victoria and Vita we found the perfect combination. Excursions starting right from their residence, so at your fingertips and without having to take the car, and for relaxation the adjacent lake with its strictly free beaches and the comfortable indoor pool that can be used 24 H. there's convenient indoor parking. Among the spaces of their manicured garden we find two equipped barbecue areas, a children's play area and a ping pong table. The place was exactly as described, clean and equipped with everything you need for the bathroom, kitchen,sheets and towels. And for any questions, the hosts are always kind and available. We had a great time!

We had a great time at Valéry and Vita's. The residence is very nice, we enjoyed the games, the pool and the ping pong table, and we had a very nice view of the lake from the terrace of the apartment 😍 Valéry is very available to give advice and really very kind And the area is really very nice to enjoy the lake, the lakefront is great for walking / running / cycling And there are also several via ferrata that we have not tested (possible to do without accessors if you have your equipment , we have seen a lot of followers) We'll be happy to go back. 🥰

Nice resort in peaceful environment right at the Idro lake and the mountains. Expect basic apartments, great for active vacation. Hosts are extremely helpful, laidback and friendly, not like mass tourism at for example lake Garda.

We had a great time staying at the place. The location directly on the lake is beautiful, the accommodation was very clean and the hosts are totally nice and make a lot of effort! We'll be back for sure!

A nice place in a wonderful location on the slope. Lake and Limone views are phenomenal. The furniture is a bit old, but functional. The described coffee machine is a bialetti, just typical Italian :) Bus stop is downstairs down the street. Malcesine itself is within walking distance. The beach section on the opposite side of the street is very nice, invites you to swim and was not crowded during our stay. We didn't meet Laura in person. For this, her mother, who took care of us nicely and provided tips.

The place was very neat and clean, plus it has a really great location. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free and communication was great. The hostess was really very kind and explained everything well. I can recommend the place with a clear conscience and will definitely be back.

The apartment was very nice. A great place to stay for a few days. Very comfortable. And it’s well located to downtown Riva Del Garda. Highly recommended. My only difficulty was the parking and checking in. The parking area is about a 10 minute walk away. If you have a car, and a few bags, you are not necessarily going to want to drag them from the parking area. Even the option of parking at the local supermarket is not a great option especially when you are unfamiliar with the city. So I tried to find a place to illegally park for a few minutes to unload the bags and had my wife wait while I tried to find the parking area and get back. A little stressful. The fob for the parking area was confusing. I finally figured out what buttons to push to open up the needed gates but I never was able to open the pedestrian door when going back to pick up my car. Instead I needed to walk down the car ramp and use those gates instead. Not fun when it was raining and the ramp was slippery.

We were very satisfied👌very good check IN, very friendly and helpful. Good tips for things to do or restaurants. We can only 100% recommend this to Barbara and her family🔝

The flat is wonderful! Super super clean, what's important for us. There is nice cosmetic, good towels and small things inside.. Everything looks very new.. The view is amazing, the location can not be better - directly in the ver city center. Luke and Chris.. I can not describe, how great and welcoming there are.. They met us next to the garage,helped to bring all stuff to the flat.. Even were carrying it to the 4th floor.. We have got nice tips about surroundings and even surprisingly one very nice gift - full collection of brend pasta,different sorts 😅 so we equipped for the whole year now 😅 Thanks a lot, guys!

Emanuel is the most expert host, polite, accommodating and goes above and beyond. The apartment itself is premium and extremely high-end and luxe. Every single fitting & fixture is of quality craftsmanship. A real oasis to come back to after skiing and visiting the surrounding area.
