In a few minutes drive you reach the well known tourist resort Medulin.

Apartman Lamalu 1 nalazi se u novoizgrađenoj obiteljskoj kući u Ližnjanu, mjestu 10 km udaljenom od Pule. Lamalu 1 se sastoji od zasebnog ulaza , kuhinje s balgovaonicom, tri spavače sobe , te dvije kupaonice , jednim natkrivenim i jednim otvorenim balkonom. Kuća je okružena privatnom okučnicom, u kojoj se nalazi zajednički roštilj. U blizini apartmana nalaze se ljekarna , pošta , bankomat, autobusno stajalište , te restorani i kafići. Najbliža plaža udaljena je samo 1,5 km od apartmana.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

This charming apartment is suitable for younger guests and cycling fans as it offers a garage for bikes. It has a beautiful sea view with three balconies. It is located on the second floor (attic), so it is not suitable for guests with mobility problems due to the circular stairs. Distance from the anchorage bay is 250 m, and from the sandy beach 1000 (15 min walk). The nearest restaurant is 50 m away. Market "Stanić" , butcher, bakery 250 m, large markets: Lidl and Plodine 600 m.

All apartments are served by elevator and have a fully equipped kitchen, kitchen cleaning kit, bed linen (with change every 7 days) and bath linen (with change every 2 days), blankets and pillows, LCD TVs, telephone, safe, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
