Until the famous Leipzig Zoo is a 15 minute walk. Individuell ausgestattete heimelige 2-Zimmer-Wohnung - ganz nah beim berühmten Völkerschlachtdenkmal. Neben einer nagelneuen voll ausgestatteten Küche erwarten Euch ein komfortables Boxspringbett (1,80 m b) im separaten Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer ein Sofa, das sich umklappen lässt zu einem Bett mit 1,40m Breite. Hier ist auch der Platz zum chillen. Gemütlich frühstücken könnt ihr in der separaten Küche. Im Garten hinter dem Haus findet ihr zwei Fahrräder für Ausflüge in die grüne Umgebung.

Stadtrandtraum, Flughafen, Messe, A14 Leipzig City

Liebe Gäste unsere Wohnung liegt so zentral, dass ihr von der Autobahn A14 in 5 min bei uns vor Ort sein könnt. Der Flughafen ist in 10 min zu erreichen und die Leipziger Messe auch. Die schöne Stadt Leipzig (Hauptbahnhof) kann euch mit dem Auto über die A14 in 20 min. begrüßen. Den Leipziger Zoo und die Redbull Arena sowie das „Völki“ sind ca. 10 min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Unser Wohnung ist für Kurz- und Langzeitbuchungen ausgestattet. 2 km entfernt liegt die Seenlandschaft zum relaxen.

Willkommen im Großstadtdschungel! Gelegen im Zentrum findet ihr unsere gemütliche, nur wenige Meter vom Zoo entfernte, grüne Oase. Im Getümmel der Großstadttiere, im sehr nahe gelegenen Stadtkern, gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Dort finden sich zudem unzählige Lokalitäten für den Bärenhunger, tropische Erfrischungen oder natürlich lokale Spezialitäten. Die Arena und das Stadion erreicht ihr mit einem 15-minütigen Fußmarsch durch das wunderschöne Waldstraßenviertel.

Helle Wohnung Nähe Messe und BMW, barrierefrei

Ich vermiete eine große barrierefreie 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in Leipzig-Thekla mit einem riesigen Südbalkon, toller Blick auf Parthenaue. Es ist alles vorhanden, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Es handelt sich um einen Neubau, die Rohbauoptik ist gewollt. Erstklassige Verkehrsanbindung mit Bus, Tram 9 und S-Bahn, 15 min in die City, 35 min zum Flughafen, 200 m bis zum Badesee. Zwei Fahrräder können benutzt werden, damit ist man in 20 min in der Stadt oder auf der Messe.
