The living room offers a beautiful view of the parks, greenery and the Roman amphitheater where you feel like you can touch it. Our bright and airy app is set on a first floor of a small residential building, built in 1962. Being located in Monvidal, a quiet neighborhood of town, makes it a great starting point from which to explore all the main city’s attractions. It only takes a 5 min. walk to our magnificent Amphitheater and about 10 min walk to the heart of old town. Farmers market and strict city center is less than 15 min walk away.

The apartment is situated in a family house and has its own separate entrance. It is located 8km from airport, 1,8 km from the city center(the bus station is nearby).Many beaches are in the driving/cycling distance (about 3,5 km-4,5 km),as well as big shopping center( 1,56 km). Within a 100 m there are two great restaurants,and you can use our bikes as much as you want,fast internet.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

There is public parking in front of the building, bus stations, plenty of bars and restaurants, banks and ATM machines, open city market with fresh fruits, fresh fish, supermarkets and mini stores.
