Luisa's house is inside a complex of villas closed to the outside, well cared for and with direct walking access to a well-served beach (a plus of the house!). Ideal for families with children or those who want a comfortable tranquility in general. The garden villa is well cared for and functional and has a lush garden with the possibility of using a barbecue and lounge chairs to enjoy the starry sky. It is just a few minutes by car from Pescia Romana where you can find everything you need. Highly recommended!

Nice and quiet place with everything you need. Above all, the exterior is appreciated! Unfortunately, there were problems with the power, which we were unable to restore in the end. But Narita promptly moved us to another home she owned, offering us additional comforts and a dinner to apologize for the inconvenience. For quick resolution and kindness, it deserves 5 stars. I hope they'll be able to resolve the issue with the electrical system.

Francesca is a very sweet host. We arrived earlier and that was no problem. She had tips for nice restaurants, we were given a tour of her house, clear instructions about the park and so on. The house is in a beautiful well maintained park and the beach is fantastic. The garden of the house is wonderfully cool with large trees. Super nice!
